@LloydsBank My 16 year old opened an account online and during the process input all info required including passport and selfie. Email recieved confirming application has asked for same info, link does not work so suggests going into branch which during term time is impossible!!

@LloydsBank there was a big queue this morning at the Folkestone branch and while I cannot fault the service when I did get it previously, the heating was so hot in there that I had to leave after a minute. I would have spoken to someone there but queue big.

@LloydsBank I get message from vendor that I am trying to pay: payment denied I also no longer get second security phone call from Visa giving me a code to verify payment when the payment is over I believe 45 pounds. Thanks for any help

@LloydsBank whose idea was it to change the statement style in the account section? It’s really awful now I absolutely hate it can we revert back to the old and better style? If I knew it was gonna change like that I wouldn’t have updated it.
