@LloydsBank I’m confused. I’ve set up a direct debit on my credit card and this is not showing on my online banking for the account the money is being taken from (NatWest). But on your side it says the account has the direct debit set up. Help!

@LloydsBank I am complaining! I have spent money trying to call you - I need a free number as I cannot call from my UK sim, I only have Kuwait sim and i cannot access my bank from Kuwait! It is asking to reset my login details. But I don’t have access to UK sim! Help!

@LloydsBank We got cut off! I asked her to call me back if we got cut off She said she would She hasn't called me back Your customer service is a joke You're defo not by my side I will 1 day take plunge & move my current acc & mortgage In meantime I will never buy another Lloyds product

@LloydsBank Cherry on the cake tried to ring them today and they're closed! FFS update the website it's pretty basic stuff Maybe consider that 5 minutes on the phone responding to a computer is not the best way to treat your paying customers 😡
