@LloydsBank Hi! I ordered the items on the 26th May. Delivery expectation was standard delivery (3-5 working days) which was paid for. Missguided refunded me my delivery costs a week ago but not the rest of my money.

@LloydsBank I have an issue with a strange message sent by you. Official number. I've tried speaking to someone only to be talking to someone from a bloody call centre who cannot help me. She wasn't even a Lloyd's employee!!! Please give me an official lloyds number

@LloydsBank The issue in my case is the limit. It is to another account in the same name with another financial institution (there is existing SO to move money there). So, making a single large 'transfer' instead of multiple smaller 'faster payments' is attractive. WDYT?
