@LloydsBank No I’m not in UK. I have the funds in my Lloyds current account in UK and want to transfer them to an international account. I’ve instead had my mobile login suspended.

  • salvatorefracas salvatore fracasso (@salvatorefracas) reported

@LloydsBank @theromantictrav It really feels bad how your account has been suspended I had same issue not until I was recommended to @Lanpartylife and he got it fixed today hit him up and be happy again

@LloydsBank I’ve just logged on to my internet banking on my mobile for the first time since the app updated and all my payees have disappeared?! Help!

  • justrobmusic Just Rob Music (@justrobmusic) reported

@LloydsBank my debit card has expired and I haven’t received a new one, can you help ?

  • adelecarlsen Adele Carlsen 💙 (@adelecarlsen) reported

@LloydsBank I can access anything from our dollar account online After 2 hours someone answered.. you may want to look into why it’s taking so long

  • roberte46763910 Englands Fashion, Affordable Designer Menswear (@roberte46763910) reported

@LloydsBank If I cannot get in touch with them which is extremely likely as an outcome then Lloyds bank will not cancel this transaction and therefore I will have paid for a service I have not received? That sounds very unfair when I can prove I have not received my Shipping labels.

  • Mikeypoodle Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported

@LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down off the cliff edge. Am not impressed.

  • alexiacparsons Alexia Parsons (@alexiacparsons) reported

@LloydsBank @Mikeypoodle I did speak to credit cards, their the ones who hung up on me. I’ll end up sitting in another 30min queue. Why on earth wouldn’t you call back a customer you hung up on?

  • Mikeypoodle Mike (@Mikeypoodle) reported

@LloydsBank I really do feel like I am being treated as a fob off by your bank. Why did you use the term ‘if’, it SHOULD have been logged. Although, I won’t be surprised if it goes missing like Lloyds Bank’s once brilliant customer service went missing.

  • HLDoran Hannah Doran (@HLDoran) reported

Great start with @LloydsBank - switched to you 2 weeks ago and have since found there’s a “technical glitch” delaying the switch. Try to call and discuss it with someone and I’m met with an automated message which just terminates the call? 🙄
