Hi, @LloydsBank. I am abroad and unable to access my money because I no longer have the phone that is connected to my Lloyds account. So I cannot login to online banking. I also do not have coverage, so I cannot phone the UK hotline to resolve this.

@LloydsBank Your site says "*Available soon for Android customers." When is soon roughly? You are not sorry for the inconvenience if you don't have it in your roadmap.

@LloydsBank Hi, I seem to be having problems viewing messages received to my inbox through the mobile app. I had to log on to the mobile website this morning in order to view my most recent message.

@LloydsBank Hi. Thank you for your reply. We don't have a landline here. I don't think that there's any way that I can phone anyone. I really need to access my money as soon as possible. If I give you my name and account number in a DM, then you can phone them from your end? Thanks.

@LloydsBank Well I've been a Lloyds customer for 22 years. But if you won't help, then I'm closing my account when I get home. There should be a way of verifying my identity online. I have my passwords, access to my email, card number, security code, etc. Why do you do this to people?

My trust in the @LloydsBank app is not high when it constantly shows ‘experiencing technical problems’ message when doing simple transactions, the only way to solve is to reboot the whole phone, and tweets show this has been going on for at least 4 months #ITteammissingatLloyds ?

@LloydsBank that’s problem, appreciate your speedy reply & the time of day but with my work schedule 6pm is too early. first day had in ages to sort it & it expired, no warning. New quote was outrageously expensive - more than double last year, comparison showed Lloyds well overpriced it :(
