@LloydsBank I cancelled a credit card in January 2020, but am still receiving email statements as if it still exists. I'm unable to access anything online as I no longer have that card information, so cannot reset account info to login.

@LloydsBank is there a known problem with online banking right now? Logging in I had to re-enroll onto paperless billing, all my payees have disappeared, and open banking transfers are failing due to "a system problem"

@LloydsBank you have blocked my card for no reason again! Same transaction every to me you block it from Facebook. I cannot ring you so how do I resolve this? I’m self isolating and I’ll with covid and need to order food

@LloydsBank That’s the problem, the limits need to be separated. I have no issues and I frequently do use Apple Pay for larger transactions as it’s extremely secure, however contactless cards aren’t. I would like to drop the contactless limit for the card whilst keeping Apple Pay the same
