@LloydsBank I have waited 8 weeks for a response to opening a bank account now my CEO complaint is encrypted and cannot be accessed. Unvelievably rubbish service.

@LloydsBank @ Yate branch to change up coins for my little boy & after queuing for 15 mins was told no as need a Lloyds card. I explained my local bank branch had closed down and would be great if she could help. Rudely told ‘No’ - I won’t be moving our accounts to Lloyds then!!

@LloydsBank Not solved when I'm told they cant courier CC ABROAD so obviously I'm still stranded with no money to top it up can't do any ,internet banking it's blocked have no UK no so obviously can't activate it until I get assistants great customer services PLS CALL ME

@LloydsBank why would anyone move bank to Lloyds. Service is disgraceful too long wait on the phone. Switch to Metro bank first class service

@jymjude @LloydsBank Definitely not that banks personnal. Their customer service sucks, you can't even complain to complain department that shows how bad they are
