    @LloydsBank Indeed. To be clear, there are Lloyds Bank personal and business website accounts. The problem is switching between bank accounts within the same website account. This is (simply) the case when clicking to switch from one bank account to another.

    @LloydsBank Nope, nothing prompts me to authorise anything. Usually it does it automatically but with this website nothing happens

    @LloydsBank Trying to restart dormant acct. Your phone operator found the account, asked me to use the mylostaccount site to recover. I did. They said "not found". Now what? (only 7 months since last use!)

    @financialombuds I raised an issue with @LloydsBank last year. 11 days ago I was contacted by someone from your organisation who seemed to be the ombudsman. Didn't ask me any questions and decided in favour of the bank. He isn't an ombudsman. #wastemytime

    @LloydsBank He went into his local Lloyds branch and the cashier told him his acct was closed, he asked can he open up a new acct and they declined. I’m going to go into the branch with him next wk to talk to customer service to advise of his health but wanted to check beforehand the process
