@LloydsBank I get an SMS from Lloyds that advises me to register for Internet Banking for my mortgage. I try to register online and get a message saying there has been an error. I try via the app and get a message saying I can't use the online banking service

@LloydsBank Hi Dave, still pending - I’ll DM but based on what I’ve read online about issues like this in the past, I think your bank should own up to customers instead of pretending like they’re isolated incidents of fraud or “errors”

@LloydsBank So when I signed my girls up to voxi it took my bank card details without asking me I'm visually impaired and I went to their site cancelled it but it hasn't worked now I can't seem to stop it on their site

@LloydsBank They've emailed me saying your bank said you lost your card which did happen went to their site thought I cancelled the card and that's when I lost my card and you apparently gave them my new details
