@jimconey today’s Times says @LloydsBank “insisted that their services were completely available online”. Not true. I hold a financial power of attorney for a friend and Lloyds refuses to give me online or phone banking access to it, will carry out actions only if I go to branch.

@LloydsBank why are your branches still shut on Saturdays? What good is this for business bankers? Can't deposit cheque online as over individual cheque amount. Can't get to branch in week due to working. You charge me enough to business bank with you and give me no service.

@SBarutta @LloydsBank @jacquep To me the main point is that in general, orgs should only be asking for the types of id that have to be posessed by their normal/typical customer, or which relate directly to the service in question. Anything beyond that is arbitrary and discriminatory

I REALLY need everyone's help. A thief has gotten into my FB account and added 2step Authentication so I can't get back in. This account has a @LloydsBank card attached to it and I'm scared the thief will have access to my money. @Facebook @fb_engineering please help me! :(
