@LloydsBank Done that already. The issue is it doesn't allow me to log on. I called and the agent said it was fixed, it isn't. I can't reset the password as you can only do that with current or savings account. Queues are too long to keep calling.

What’s the point of a @LloydsBank added benefit account? Impossible to contact the provider @axainsurance, @LloydsBank wash their hands saying there’s nothing they can do!

@LloydsBank Last week as I hadn’t received the pin told it was resent and would take 5 days to arrive still hasn’t. It’s been the most awful painful process. I’ve got payments to make and can’t because of Lloyds !

@LloydsBank If you just answered the phone in customer services it would be easy !!! There are issues with our suppliers in China and that’s another week without product being delivered to UK as can’t get hold of anyone
