@LloydsBank Hi Caroline, many thanks for your reply. I was more interested in knowing how to report that my Mother has dementia and that the bank should be informed that there could be unauthorised access to her account. My Father was her carer until he suddenly died recently. 1/2

@LloydsBank Hi Gavin, thanks. I am not enquiring about representative access, instead I wanted to find out how to report that she isn't able to control her own finances anymore due to dementia. I feel the account should be checked for fraud/theft of assets by her daughter. There is no LPA.

@LloydsBank online banking started suddenly calling my landline (after years of texting my mobile). When checked turned out extra numbers had been inserted in mobile number making it unusable. Have now corrected it but how could this happen? Anyone else getting the same problem!
