@jacquep @LloydsBank Banks are weird. Daughter had issue and took her drivers license for id and they said need passport. Luckily she has one, but it has the identical photo as the license, because she used her passport id to get the license.

@jacquep @LloydsBank Time was when a British passport pretty much gave access to the entire free World. Now it doesn’t even stand in its own right. I presume if someone holds several British passports they would have to present them all?

@SBarutta @LloydsBank @jacquep To me the main point is that in general, orgs should only be asking for the types of id that have to be posessed by their normal/typical customer, or which relate directly to the service in question. Anything beyond that is arbitrary and discriminatory

@MrsCupcake79 @LloydsBank I've had a few. Even got an email but when you drill down into the email it's laughable. But not so sure many would do that, which is why they keep sending them I suppose.
