@LloydsBank In U.S. due to Covid, it's taken since January for you to update my address and telephone number. Still can't access my money as you didn't put the U.S. international code in front of the phone number? Now on 50 minute to try and get you to fix it properly.

@LloydsBank If I had not logged in I would not have known it was blocked. I called the number shown, and no, I did not get a name. Can you please resolve the issue as I do not want to walk/swim 4,000 miles to get home

@LloydsBank I am extremely disappointed with service at moment. Need to add my wife to my account which has to be done in branch. Local branch open Mon-Fri 9-3:30, closed all weekend. We both work, when are we meant to be able to use our local bank branch?

  • PerryWyn Perry Wyn (@PerryWyn) reported

@LloydsBank No I was not given further opportunities. Considering you requested me to call you once you blocked my account I am slightly disappointed that having used your account in 99 countries previously you decide that there is a problem this time HELP

@LloydsBank It’s been extremely busy all week but tonight there was only a 50 minute wait. I need to verify for Apple Pay to work. As im a new customer to you.

@LloydsBank is your online banking down?

  • liambeadle Liam Beadle (@liambeadle) reported

@LloydsBank You'll understand I prefer not to discuss my issue on-line, as it requires access to my account. I am, however, now seriously considering closing my account and moving to a bank where I can talk to someone without having to wait well over an hour. (I'm still waiting.)
