@LloydsBank I received the call, perfect signal but the automated thing wasn’t clear at all. I tried entering the 4 digit code using the keypad. The system then hung up on me. I pressed next on the website and it said verification had failed. It didn’t give me the option to try again.

I’ve been with @LloydsBank for 38 years and have recently endured appalling customer service from them. Do I bother taking it to the Financial Omnudsman or just closing all my accounts with them and moving to @BarclaysAccess or someone else?

@LloydsBank hello, I recently send a payee a payment whom I haven’t seen in a while and it’s his wrong account / doesn’t have access to it anymore and the payment has still gone through? Is there any advice on what to do about getting a refund?

@LloydsBank Hello, have just sent you a screen shot. I don't have the app installed. I just go to the Lloyds Bank website when I want to sign in. I've logged in 4 times today & it still get the same response.

@LloydsBank In the interest of balance , I would like to say that I was dealt with by a really helpful and courteous young man today on International Banking - the exchange rate still leaves something to be desired bu the service was excellent - Can I name him?

@VodafoneUK Please see the most recent tweet. I have a perfect credit rating. You are saying my address is what it fails on - bank account registered to address, sole bank account, mortgage here but apparently this is why ID check fails. @LloydsBank can you help?
