@LloydsBank Hi, I am not getting an error message. It allows me to take a photo the front and back of the cheque. When you tap review it goes back to main screen. I am trying to deposit £259!

@LloydsBank I tried to make a transfer my my account over 5hrs ago now. I had a message saying that the payment needed to be verified and that I needed to call up an 0800 number. I called that number and Subsequently all their systems are down and no one can help till tomorrow!!

@LloydsBank Just comes up & says transaction declined. Both times I then used PayPal with no issue. One is a weekly transaction.

@LloydsBank … although have a ‘Attorney’ card for donor’s account it can (apparently) only be associated with the donor’s mobile for 2FA … trying to help MIL (100 miles away) via FaceTime find a message on her ancient phone when buying something for her online is a nightmare

@LloydsBank shocking that in the year 2022 I can't access my online banking for 7 days as your password reset faulted out on me and now I habe to wait for a code.. half an hour on the phone at my expense wasted.

@LloydsBank I asked your colleague at customer services to file a complaint after she couldn’t get through to them, she said that she would definitely raise this issue with the relevant department.

Just spent an 1 hour 5 minutes on the phone to an EE call centre having spent 1/2 hour or so this morning too. No result. I'm still having signal and 4g issues. The process is so bureaucratic you want to tear your hair out. Like @LloydsBank it's just time to go. #CallCentreHell

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Well EE is owned by BT, so that may explain part of the problem and culture....
