    @LloydsBank So, I could authorise the payment via the app but then it got declined. Called the number as advised and the advisor told me it was being flagged as fraudulent. Tried to put me through to fraud team and didn’t connect me. I’ve received no text message or anything. PLEASE HELP

    @LloydsBank I've been trying to set up Google Pay for about a month but need a verification code. Every time I call I get a message to say it will be over ten minutes before I can speak to someone. Help in online banking hasn't been any use either.

    @LloydsBank tried to purchase a new phone in store today at 14.15 after the payment was declined last night due to your‘issues’ and it was declined. Spoke to an advisor last night and definitely no problem with the account. Looks like things are not yet fixed??

    @LloydsBank Need to report a fraudulent transaction on my credit card - spent 15 minutes on hold and the person I spoke to had to transfer me to a different team. I am now on hold with an estimated wait time of 1 hour! Care to comment on this level of customer service?
