@LloydsBank It could only have happened because something was changed, by your obviously inexperienced IT staff, resulting in release of customer informationwhich was compounded by your very poor standard of testing experienced over many years.

@LloydsBank I’ve been through all of this with your service team and they can’t help. I have another account with @Barclays, so I think I will try to set one up there

@dwaynepipe4eva @LloydsBank I had a similar problem recently with Halifax (also part of LBG) not letting me pay for a car. Going to swap away because their alleged anti-fraud checks have been progressively getting more invasive, unnecessary, and likely to block payments over the last few years

@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.
