Thank you @LloydsBank. In 5 phone calls in 1 week, you managed to unlock my card, then block it because you deemed my call suspicious, then put me online to frauds, and now you evaporated my phone credit while waiting on the line for some of you to give me an answer. Great.

@LouiseDeafAware @LloydsBank When I had to transfer money, (Santander), I told them I probably would NOT lip-read everything said so text back up would be essential, they used their own computer and it worked fine, no problems.
