    @LloydsBank As a long standing customer (15 years) I have been locked out of online banking. Is this how you treat someone with six figure Lloyds accounts? Why not phone me if you have a problem? Petty and useless.

    @LloydsBank Been on the phone for 75 minutes trying to speak to someone to access my own money. Spoke to the complaints line and the guy told me that he's happy for me to switch accounts to someone else. Is this the service you like to give? Should I start the switch now?

    @LloydsBank still on hold, why am I waiting so long to be able to spend my own money. This isn’t the first time this has happened your customer service is awful. I’m sure you can fund more staff to answer the phones to your customers
