    @LloydsBank I have made a payment to another credit card which was fine so I think it is an issue with John Lewis finance I will give them a call

    @LloydsBank & @ScottishWidows how many phone calls and branch visits will it take to be able to get someone to actually assist me...I get sent a letter from you and ask to complete the enclosed form, yet no form is attached and NOBOBY can help!

    @LloydsBank disgraceful, shame with no platinum customer care even relying on us to call you from abroad though not only blocked the only cc as well internet banking, expect me to call back for 45 minutes wait, you failed your promise to call back, unlawful
