    @LloydsBank what’s going on with online business banking? Won’t allow me to log on. Changed details. Still won’t allow me to log in. All of this wouldn’t be needed if I could generate statements from the app. All very inefficient. Now gotta wait on the phone for 30 minutes! 🤬😡

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney You cause misery to hundreds if not thousands pension policy holders & their families. Delay tactics not paying up, broken IT system shows nothing or wrong inf. This would interest auditors, shareholders. See Facebook Scottish Widows Complaint.

    @LloydsBank to busy making silly adverts rather than getting your banking apps to work. Not the first time people cannot get access to there banking.

    @LloydsBank 30 days since I raised a complaint, no acknowledgment letter, nobody will discuss it further, promises of callbacks that don’t happen and then needing to ring back to be told each time the complaint handler is busy, who I’ve never spoken to. Shocking service.

    Just got a notification saying money has gone in to my bank account… not expecting anything so opened it and my whole account has disappeared @LloydsBank plz help lol

    @LloydsBank Again no one can be bothered to answer the phones. Maybe i should contact the CEO. Lloyds are possibly the worst for customer service

    @LloydsBank App needs a lot of work! Special character functionality needs adding to the memorable information page.Ability to generate statements. I should invoice you for the absolute waste of time I’ve had to faff due to your failing online banking credentials not working. Unacceptable!
