    @LloydsBank updated banking app through google play store and scanning a cheque causes app to crash out to log in screen requesting different log in details each time like it is trying to get entire password details. Android OS Galaxy S10+.

    @LloydsBankBiz @LloydsBank do not try to open a new account with these unprofessionals. V incompetent and refuse to support you. Shameful when business owners are trying desperately to stay afloat. Do not recommend at all.

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank Graeme, i've sent a message. Your automated phone system has used up all my minutes so i need someone from online banking to call me, it is the least you can do. They have done a terrible job. The customer service experience is very very poor. Really bad. Jim

    @LloydsBank Interesting...but why have you chopped your already ludicrous interest % on savings from 0.05% down to 0.01% ... for people who have been loyal customers to you for over 30 years? Remember 2008 when ppl stuck with you and taxpayers money bailed you out?

    @LloydsBank been trying to talk to your customer service everyday, the entire week but impossible to get ahold of! On hold nearly 1 hour now as of 11.40pm, it says “particularly busy”…when will you ever pick up?

    @darkestwinter1 @czyliMargaret @LloydsBank I've been with them 30 years of my working life in the UK. Now, they've decided what I can and can't spend money on. You're right, my days w them are over, esp when I went into branch the 1st time they cancelled me and told me to 'stand on the red dot'.

    @AutoInfatuation @LloydsBank Their service is now appalling as when calling, there are often long wait times and they use the pandemic as an excuse for service that is unacceptable. This latest episode is a follow-on from pensions/endowment misselling, packaged bank account fees and PPI scandals.
