@LloydsBank last Saturday got locked out of my app, telephone calls kept failing, phoned help desk, got told to go to branch to get verified for higher sec check, went in, got told they don't do anything to do with Internet banking, rang help desk again, got told I could go to

@LloydsBank No it’s not working ! Security call still says failed !! It’s taken all day yet Halifax fixed their issues in minutes . Surely you can do better

@LloydsBank app still not working even followed advice given over the phone to reinstall but it won’t allow me to complete registration again . Says security call failed , one off password sent via post which will take days ??? Can this be sorted for me to access ASAP not days
