@AskNationwide The new CEO of NBS @Debbiecrosbie1 ... Apparently a silver bullet for the building society .... The fact she has apparently turned around TSB (debatable) ..they are giving her a salary of over 1.2m to help fix your problems

Can you @AskNationwide CEO Debbie Crosby why your customer care is so absolutely awful? No response, poor service, letters from bots - no point having account benefits if they’re poor quality with zero support from Nationwide when it goes wrong. NBS7658000 refers Many thanks.

@AskNationwide Funnily enough, via DM you have advised that I try your webchat service which now tells me that it can’t help and I should call the mortgage team. Don’t you think we’ve tried that?! They’re the ones we’re complaining about! Absolutely appalling customer service with no care

@Fanofbb32 @AskNationwide It gets better having closed 2 of my local branches they have written to tell me the next 2 closest are closing. @AskNationwide becoming less interested in customer services where real people meet real people.
