@mrs_coyle @AskNationwide They definitely need to fix it. Seen in the news some folk were left without cash just before Christmas because of the 'payments issue'. And to have it happen 3 times in less than 2 weeks is taking the mick.

@AskNationwide Unreliable service is the flavour of the month with Nationwide. Half-baked banking services, not having a back up server for days or in Nationwide’s case months when something goes wrong and a basic almost useless app will be Nationwide’s epitaph.

@AskNationwide Another problem with bank transfers? This is the 2nd? 3rd time in the last few weeks? I rely on the money being sent to me as I'm sure everyone does. This is getting beyond a joke that we can't access our own payments straight away.

@AskNationwide 100% this needs investigating by the @financialombuds this is the fourth time in just over a few weeks. Causing huge problems for people in everyday banking. Unacceptable and stinks of a larger problem at work here..:.🧐
