Like we need any reasons or excuses these days to want to leave broken Britain, but @HMRCcustomers are legitimately a disgrace. Tax system broken and support lying @AskNationwide caused an almighty mess on my leaving. I don’t normally have regrets but my god I do here.

@AskNationwide hi there, I recently opened an account and I got the digital banking confirmation, PIN number, and card reader sent to my home. However I don't seem to find the card and as such I haven't been able to access my account. Kindly advise.

@AskNationwide Thank you. It's been happening for around 5-6 weeks now each time we do our weekly shop. There's no problem with funds/when we've asked at @asda customer services they can't give an explanation. Do you want me to call as it happens as that would cause further embarrassment?
