Carys Marshall (@csb1985) reported@AskNationwide Yes... those are the humans I was referring to. Been weeks trying to pull equity online and successful and there's constantly glitches in your system. Advisors then ringing to say the figures aren't correct, issues after issue. Someone higher up needs to deal with it.
