  @AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.

  @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.
