    @AskNationwide This is more unnecessary hurdle requiring a customer to write a letter and post it instead of being able to email it. It seems not really on the side of the customer

    @AskNationwide The latest letter from them is dated 23.9.21 but does not refer to the complaint. Their letters do not give the impression they have been read by a customer orientated person.

    @MartinSLewis any advice mum got scammed by a very good site bank won’t pay coming up with all excuses even though I sent evidence in can I actually complain about how this was handled @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide your app doesn’t seem to be working since I updated to IOS 15.1 yesterday, is this going to be fixed? I’ve tried the usually deleting the app and uploaded etc, frustrating

    Appalled by the customer service (or lack of) from @AskNationwide and their conveyancing partner, Enact. Thinking of remortgaging? My advice is to avoid them.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jo, just tried that, no joy, keeps coming up with we're sorry we seem to experiencing a technical problem, restart app or check service availability. I restart the app using the button and get the same message after signing in

    @AskNationwide (Nationwide Building Society) provide my daughter with a credit card for years. They are now refusing to compensate her under Sec 75 Consumer Credit Act re a rogue trader. Their attitude has been abysmal. Avoid being a customer of Nationwide

    @AskNationwide your new iPhone app is great, but I constantly need to restart it in order to login (gets stuck on blank screen). Is this something you’re planning to fix in a future version?
