@Dymvue It’s heartbreaking. My mum has been trying to sort out my grandad’s money after he passed away in august. She doesn’t like doing things online as she’s worried she will make a mistake and yet the nearest branch of @AskNationwide that hasn’t been shut down is over 30 mins away!

@AskNationwide Thank you Pauline but the issue is I cannot do it in the app and app is what people use these days. I can't even see refs of payments to me!
