    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    So this week, car broke down and got fixed, car broke down again and getting fixed, Both @AskNationwide and @VirginMoney dont answer phones in their call centre customers annoyed i cant get to them to do their jobs, and big bill to fix car.

    @AskNationwide Online banking keeps failing - same a few hours ago. Says there’s a technical problem if I try to log in. Incognito mode let me log in but then I got the same error when I tried to transfer some money.

    @AskNationwide And now it's asking for a telephone passcode I simply don't have, as it seems to be different from the one I use for online banking. I need to pay my landlord today and don't have time to go to a branch. Any clue as to why your system says online banking is up when it's down?

    @AskNationwide Don't ever bother to pay for Home Emergency Service. Awful contractor from Newport left at 4.45 as he finishes at 5pm, fault not found, left knowing, at 78yrs old, I'd be in the cold for several days..No.other 24 hr engineer allowed to come. Waiting till next wk. 3 days 4 part!!
