    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide I would like to actually speak to a person not a machine please.I paid my credit card bill on line, as usual.The amount left my nationwide account on 1st June but did not reach my cc company until 8th June and I have been charged nearly £50 late payment fees. Help needed please.

    Absolutely shocking ‘customer service’ from @santanderuk The branch can’t help and have advised me to call. I don’t have enough hours in the day to hold on again. Meanwhile @AskNationwide continue to be helpful.

    @AskNationwide I'm assuming you make it possible for someone to take a mortgage for a 100% property, rather than needing to buy a 25% share of a property at an inflated price? Take out the distortion in the market, that will help people.

    @AskNationwide well. You are creating a huge problem for me and my husband as we are visiting Cambodia, you have restricted our account so we are now unable to access our money. I have 20 usd in my pocket and no way to access it. I've been promised a call but nothing as yet.
