@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

10/10 from @AskNationwide Had to phone them about a ✨thing✨. One of the first things they asked was if I had any access/support needs I'd like to disclose Meant the first few mins of the call were spent discussing how to support me and make sure they were communicating well

@AskNationwide are there any plans to allow you to bank in money and cheques at the Post office? You are the only bank that doesn’t offer that service and it is leaving me thinking about switching.

@AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the service I have received today, as a Customer of nearly 40 years I sought help with a problem and I was promised a call back that never came and when I rang again the call went dead, when I rang AGAIN I got the recorded message 🙄
