    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @CentreLeft_ @AskNationwide I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all you have done is send a generic reply. That is shameful and disgusting in how you are handling that with no offer of support.

    @AskNationwide @saraheds123 No offense, but it's been all day. Some people are literally struggling. No pay but direct debits are still leaving. I'll be switching my account asap. I can understand issues but your complete lack of actual information is appalling

    @AskNationwide your site says that in person payments should still work but they don't. So now I can't send or receive money or use the card in person and you have no timescales for when this will be fixed. What am I supposed to do now?!
