    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide Nationwide are demanding multifactor authentication and all the other companies are saying it shouldn't be needed. Due to banking regulations changes but it's left to customers to sort out and trail between Nationwide and other companies. Presumably it is a system wide problem...

    Just to let people know @AskNationwide give you warnings on your account if you threaten legal action over them not providing the services they stated. Bully tactics and a half , issue was bad enough to give us compensation over so obviously we would of had a court case. ABYSMAL.

    3. @AskNationwide complete this weeks list, they’re now offering £100 for new customer who switch to one of their flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

    @AskNationwide The only other way around it that we can see is to change the region of the phone but all her other important apps can install fine from that region. A different guest has an Android phone, still set to Ukraine, and has had no problems at all installing the Nationwide Android app

    @AskNationwide Thanks for trying but its too late. Your response is appreciated though. All my accounts were closed because I tried to help a lady politely from exposing herself at work. Her indecent exposure was intentional and her manager seemed to like it. Kilburn branch

    @AskNationwide I set up a new Flex account on 19 July 22 via the current account switch service. I have not yet received my bank card or my card reader. I cannot make any online payments without my card reader. I will DM you my details. Thanks

    @AskNationwide we started a mortgage application 3 months ago. I raised a complaint with an agent and still have no reference. I understand you’re stretched but this level of customer service is terrible. How does this get sorted?

    @AskNationwide Your mortgage customer service is just awful. I have been told it could be up to 3 months before my mortgage query is answered. Beyond poor!!
