    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide you has stopped allowing payments from my account. I tried to call but the system hung up on me. I called again and it said the lines are closed. Now I can't buy things that I need to online. How can I get my account reactivated.? This is a significant problem

    @AskNationwide 2nd Saturday in a row where I’ve been unable to access MY money after midnight. I get you have to do maintenance but being without access to funds for 8 hours is beyond a joke.

    @AskNationwide I did a shop with Sainsbury’s and they’ve delivered to the wrong address and I’ve paid for my order and obviously not received. Sainsbury’s aren’t doing anything about it, is there any advice you can give me to help get my money back?

    @AskNationwide Someone has cashed a cheque from account for circa £1,200 that we haven't written. Is this correct that we have to wait 10 working days for further details / copy of cheque to confirm fraud?

    @AskNationwide is everything working normally? As we haven’t got a monthly payment that should’ve hit our account and one of our direct debits hadn’t left our account today.
