@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide Are there problems with your Phone app? I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times already in the last week or so to get it to work and it's just failed to load as far as the log in screen yet again

@AskNationwide I have tried to ring your 24/7 emergency line but have been told the lines are closed twice now. I transferred funds in branch today to pay bills and like a fool did not check the money has gone across. It hasn’t so I need to find out where it is, can anyone help?
