    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide I wanted to raise a formal complaint. I cannot change the payment ref for a saved Payee on the mobile app, but was told I can do this via your website. On the website I cannot do this unless I amend the Payee which then needs the card reader. This is madness.

    @AskNationwide these people have mugged me off made me wait a month for a complaint not got back to me then I phone up and get cut off half way through and asked for compo she wasted half hour of my time to say no we can’t give compo disgusting service and staff #badservice

    @AskNationwide Sorry, no joy. I reported the dropping out issue and lack of chat option during a long phone call some weeks ago but no change. BTW I only use a conventional computer/web browser. Never use financial apps on phone.

    @AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!
