@AskNationwide Interesting. I received a letter 4 weeks ago saying you are increasing my mortgage interest payments because of previous BOE rate rises. Didn’t get an email then and didn’t see any savings account interest increase on your website. One way traffic I fear.

I usually put off doing things like calling organisations because the process can be so convoluted & often not helpful. But I had a query about my mortgage & called & spoke to 2 people at @AskNationwide today & they couldn’t have been more helpful! Great service thank you!

4. @AskNationwide complete this weeks list, they’re still offering £100 for new customers to switch to one of their Flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

@AskNationwide utterly disappointed at the awful service again in Dundee today! You can only put 5 bags of change a day into an account! Attitude of staff shocking to say the least - already looking to move all my money away from you.

Excellent service from High Barnet branch @AskNationwide this morning. They had every piece of account admin paper I had signed since 1999. Only problem was Head Office not answering the phone to the branch for 20 minutes!

On hold for ages @AskNationwide trying to get a redemption statement. Looking at your website, there seems no other way to do this other than to call a clearly understaffed call centre. Not the Nationwide I know and (used to) love …..

@rhm_thomson @AskNationwide I'm still looking....couldn't get it down to any reasonable level without paying a massive excess. Very disappointed with Nationwide 😐

@AskNationwide Hiya, if I pay a cheque (HMRC payable order) into my current account tomorrow, can I still draw against those funds while I wait for it to clear? I can't imagine HMRC having any issues anytime soon with paying up!

@AskNationwide Thanks but you're missing the point, I wanted some help, not to be handed a tablet.
