@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

Living in a digital society has a major flaw when you can't use contactless or transfer funds to another bank to pay for food because your bank has technical issues! Holding up the checkout is a great way to annoy people and makes you look like a right tit!! @AskNationwide 🤨🤬

@AskNationwide Good afternoon, as it is still down and from what I have been told since last night do I take it you have been hacked? Surely we as the customers should be informed I only found out as I went to pay someone.
