    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide Hi Nathan I’m very aware how to setup payees but the problem for me is I have a Chip and Signature card (that does not require my pin), and so how would I setup a payee without the need for a card reader

    @RichGreenArena @AskNationwide @RichGreenArena I’ve found them generally very good tbf. Been more pleased with them than anyone else I’ve banked with. It’s the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this myself and I’ve been with them since 2019
