    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @AskNationwide are you guys working on removing the requirement to use a card reader to make a payment? The rest of the banking world moved on from that a decade ago! Am I supposed to carry it around everywhere I go?

    @AskNationwide Thanks, I've sent a request via that form. This isn't the treatment I expected from you, a paying bank customer for over 10 years, mortgage customer for over 5 years and loan customer with no history of missed payments. I'm now looking to move banks.

    @Onionbagger @AskNationwide nah its like petrol, they are quick to drop the interest rates, but slow to put them up again, banking a big nice difference for themselves.

    @AskNationwide Hi. I received a text code at 17.59 from Nationwide bank, to long into my internet bank, but I wasnt logging into my account at that time. Does it mean someone managed to input my log in details
