@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide just applied for Flex Direct account. Received cards etc. Your app is unbelievable impossible to set up! 2 calls to you and they couldn’t set up the app either. Was finally told to go to a branch where they will do it for us. Tried to cancel account can’t do that

@AskNationwide Hi Ashley thanks for the reply, on the previous occasions I have spoken to someone they have told me my application is due to be reviewed the following day however it never has been, I’m about to lose my house purchase because of this, no help for a loyal customer

@AskNationwide I have done this, only now to be told I have to wait 7 days to have access to online banking. I was never told this, and did not have this situation with my other two bank accounts!

@AskNationwide when is the app going to be sorted out? It crashes constantly & have to delete & reinstall every time I want to check my balance. Have only just switched but will be forced to move again as apps impossible to use.

@AskNationwide Hi, I'm a new member. I am waiting for a BACs payment to arrive, it should have been in my account yesterday morning but still not there, presently it has been 4 working days! Checked with employer, everything ok their end. Any advice? Thanks

@AskNationwide the last 2 days I've been trying to use your Switch to Nationwide option on Internet banking. I keep getting the message we are experiencing technical problems. I also get the same message when I try using the Chat to us service

@AskNationwide I contacted the branch and have been able to email the manager which hopefully will resolve the issue. But please, don’t be dinosaurs, move into the 21st century and give individual depts their own email addresses so we can communicate electronically and not by snail mail

@AskNationwide iPhone and it’s just been updated to the latest iOS and was told it would work. Still not working. Funny how my new bank app is working and they’ve not had a problem. Just nationwide leaving customers high and dry. Three weeks now.
