@AskNationwide I am very annoyed with your service this morning. Sent money to transferwise on sat but still not arrived. My rate on #transferwise is only guaranteed until 6 this evening. I will now suffer a lower rate on my transfer. Will you be making up the difference?

@AskNationwide This payment delay incident is not something new to you and you should have systems in place to circumvent the impact for customers, at this point you’re not working hard enough

@AskNationwide I am waiting on my salary to be paid, my work are not going to pay me again what they have already released. Can you tell us what the issue is?

@lisaord123 @AskNationwide Whats good is I'm "sure" they wont try to take their mortgage payment out tomorrow. Wouldn't it be ironic if that happened with no problems whatsoever. Be even funnier when the payment fails as I dont have an overdraft

@AskNationwide @KeithClyde69 You can't put a timescale on a fix yet your text about there not being enough funds in my account tells me I have to rectify that by 2.30pm! 1 rule for you and another for us so called "valued" customers.

Karen Slattery (@karen1277) reported
@AskNationwide The problem is the incoming payment hasn’t gone in so there isn’t currently enough money in there, is it likely to be resolved by 2.30

@AskNationwide This is just unacceptable, you have these issues every couple of months, as soon as the money I have with you locked up in fixed terms savings opens back up, be switching my current account and savings accounts elsewhere.
