Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide Oh and despite what you are paying Dominic West a fortune to tell us on your adverts you are closing branches down. I no longer have any idea where my nearest one is!
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

ππ³ππAdyπ€ (@AdyG28) reported@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
