Soft Touch (@baghcat) reportedHey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

Tina Raistrick (@tinamay1977) reported@AskNationwide Its says technical issues nationwide end
-
😈 Angry Goblin ن (@angry_goblin) reported@AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

daisy macvicar (@daisy_macvicar) reported@AskNationwide I’m currently unable to get into my account as it says “if you’ve forgotten your password” and I’ve followed the steps using the card reader to try and log in. It’s not allowing me to as it say there’s a issue and to restart the app

Shelly Lopezespejo (@chelllopez) reported@AskNationwide despite being a loyal customer for over 30yrs got letter yesterday saying my overdraft is being removed with a months notice, if I go into payment plan it affects credit rating. Disgusting treatment, am livid and will be leaving you!!

David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

Jonathan (@jayIFA) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
