    @AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

    @AskNationwide You have no choice to give me my money back And set up a payment arrangement as the fca and the financial ombudsman clearly state. You cannot leave a customer in hardship

    Hey @AskNationwide : Why is it, that after THREE Bank of England rate rises, your Triple Access 1 year account is still only paying 0.4%? Had there been 3 decreases, you wouldn’t have hesitated to cut the rate so be honest: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??
