Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide Further to this exchange, I have just gone through this on the website and it is not as simple as you suggest. I have to edit payee details then go through the payment page, a two stage process. Rubbish.

@AskNationwide hi can't seem to get into my account to make payments. Says 'sorry we are unable to show all your account info at the moment, we are working to get things back to normal'. The balance states 'not available'. Seem to be a few other reports of this tonight?
