@AskNationwide is there an issue with direct debits? I can’t see my direct debits been taken out, even one from yourselves hasn’t gone out? I hope this doesn’t mean the companies who are taking these direct debits class as a missed payment. Usually they go out at 3PM

@AskNationwide That’s great if my direct debit wasn’t due before 2pm today and the issue wasn’t resolved until 4pm! My utility company will now charge me if i pay over card. And if this counts as a returned direct debit then it will affect my credit rating! Absolutely ridiculous.

@AskNationwide How long till this issue is expected to be fixed you’ve got a mass majority left without payments without a clue how long they should wait….
