  @AskNationwide awful service. Sat on phone for an hour and got nowhere, went online to chat and got nowhere and then went to put complaint in and you guessed it got nowhere! Very clear why I want to cancel my card with you!

  @AskNationwide Thank you for the response. I decided to wait until morning and try again before picking up the phone. This time the payment went through. Thankfully the problem was only temporary. But still, thank you for the response!

  @AskNationwide disgusted with wait times on nationwide fraud helpline. Over half an hour to answer phone when customers worried about card misuse and fraud. Disgraceful. I’ve been customer for 30 years. May change after this.
