@AskNationwide Trying to run a business with no access to incoming and outgoing payments isn't ideal. App is constantly under maintenance and now this. Nevermind the fact I cannot order anything for Christmas either. ETA on fix?

Hi, @AskNationwide. I understand you’re having major online issues having switched to Microsoft Azure. I assume whoever made the decision to use that system, which has been proven to be substandard, will be sacked. But there’s a simple fix. Your I.T. department will be (1 of 2)

@AskNationwide bought Christmas presents online which would have arrived by Christmas but status of orders still says pending payments - so I assume the current issues are affecting using my card too?

@KeaneJohn69 @AskNationwide Thank you. Luckily I'm privileged enough to have some money in my account. Reading through their timeline though there are hundreds of their customers who are now going to go involuntarily into debt because of Nationwide errors. No doubt shareholders will still make £ though...
