  • sophieroberts Soph. (@sophieroberts) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide I’ve just spoken to one of your colleagues and he has informed me I need to contact the merchant for a refund tomorrow - if @moysesstevens is unhelpful about refunding me overcharge then I will need to raise a dispute. @moysesstevens please help to get this resolved!

  • babbamoo Samantha (@babbamoo) reported

That Nationwide ad where the man is talking about 25p worth of milk left in the bowl 😡. He's talking over the woman (who I assume he's there to help?). She really doesn't need to be patronised. Bad look. @AskNationwide

  • mickhump Mick Humphries 🇪🇺 🇬🇧🇫🇰 (@mickhump) reported

@AskNationwide Surely you have a system where a member of staff can access and resolve issues without needing to refer to someone else.

  • MollyRStorey Molly Storey (@MollyRStorey) reported

@AskNationwide hi, how long would an amendment on a mortgage offer take? It’s an error on your part so should just be clerical to change it to correct information.

  • shiroganejpg nísa @ comms + shop closed for con season! (@shiroganejpg) reported

@AskNationwide Trying to send an international payment and keep getting "We seem to be experiencing some technical problems." But your service status says all is working normally - it was the same yesterday, service status fine but same error message. How should I proceed?

  • natfash Natalie Fasham (@natfash) reported

@AskNationwide just wanted to say I went in to your Peterborough branch with my 12yo to get a new card for her account and Sam assisted us with excellent customer service!

  • MedhurstMary Mary Medhurst (@MedhurstMary) reported

@AskNationwide As an existing current and saving account customer, why do I need to give all of my information (employer details etc) when applying for a further savings account when you already have it from my existing accounts?

  • MattOtty86 Matt Otty (@MattOtty86) reported

@AskNationwide Not much help! I’ll have to go into branch yet again. I got locked out due to attempting to many times. I was told to try again today, still not working!!

  • AndrewG37241723 Andrew Griffiths (@AndrewG37241723) reported

@AskNationwide You can’t Jamie - I’ve written directly to your CEO and I’d she cannot respond to this this you cannot help. I’ve been through your complaints department and the people who have responded are dishonest. Covering up bad practices

  • S555NOT Robin (@S555NOT) reported

@AskNationwide No I can't because all the information on which stores are taking part is "expected" "planned" "likely" from your own web site. This is a dreadful promotion that is badly thought through and not well supported
