@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide Because of your payment issues I've not had any electricity all day, I live on my own and I'm currently sitting in the dark. You've not done anything to help me. You shouldn't treat people like this when it's your issue.
