No letter to tell me thereβs an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.

Was told my switch was successful and account will be credited as was all criteria done and ive had someone say opposite and go back and say no longer valid. You advertised it till the 4th march so any application before should be fine

The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
