@AskNationwide I wasn’t able to access my bank saturday night until Sunday morning couldn’t even make any payments or transfer money I was trying to get home from a night out and was stranded a friend was able to give me a lift 😓

@AskNationwide She lacks capacity to make a call herself and the carers don't have the time to help her. I will be visiting her soon and we will make the call together to you to transfer her money from you and close her account. Dementia sufferers deserve better than this.
