    @AskNationwide Have you tried using your services? I’m trying to find out why a payment has been made twice, app crashes, phone is impossible and website too much ? I’ve had trouble with the co-op before. Automated services do not deal with customer’s complaints

    @AskNationwide Hello. How long does a pending transaction take to drop back off please from a credit card? @enterprisecares made a second attempt in error, 8 days ago and it still hasn’t dropped back off.

    @AskNationwide not happy. ATM at mkt Harborough branch not working yesterday or this morning, trying to pay money in. Branch closed today and branch telephone not available!!!!!
