Mind Crypto π₯ (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined Β£44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
-
Steve Hammal (@hammal6474) reported@AskNationwide I will, thanks. The manager in question needs to be removed from any customer facing role if persecuting old and vulnerable people is what she classes as doing her job π€¬π€¬π€¬

Ziad Roving-Reporter (@ZiRovinReporter) reported@AskNationwide A huge congratulations to Nationwide for not looking after the interests of their members. If someone in that building society really cared about my on-going issue then it would have been resolved immediately. You people are pathetic! π€ #AskNationwide #Nationwide

Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?
