  @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

  @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

  It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

  @AskNationwide I wrote to them as someone that had very much been part of Pride celebrations in the past, but who felt unable to support the incarnation that @AskNationwide was promoting, by the way. /end
