    Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

    @AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

    Very impressed with the @TheAA_UK part of the Nationwide breakdown cover. Broke down at 1.30pm yesterday in Wales. Car safely home but we are still waiting for @enterprisecares to bother ringing us with an update on a hire car 5 hours after the first call! @AskNationwide 🤬

    @AskNationwide Thanks, I did that via Live Chat when logged in online. The problem was my card was frozen, so I unfroze it in the app and it all worked! Perhaps something to pass to the website team so it gives a better message if the card is frozen, rather than a generic technical one.

    @AskNationwide Noone could help because she doesn't have a 6digit telephone banking number....so what can she do? Still no money...it's been a week and it's a lot of money to just go missing...

    @AskNationwide if i’ve transferred a nationwide isa to another provider in this tax year, can i still pay in to a help to buy isa i still have with nationwide

    @AskNationwide Yes; if I phone you again in 5-7 days, going through the long winded process to get to the right person. They also could not tell me how they are going to help me survive until then, considering I’m now 1k down and still have bills to pay
