    @AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

    @AskNationwide The notification in online banking says you’re “working on your systems until 7am Sunday and payments will be held in a queue until work is completed” - are you seriously saying I can’t transfer money in/out of bank accounts effectively for 3 DAYS?! That is not ok!

    Wow @AskNationwide - no notice of this when I logged on earlier today. That’s a huge pain if someone is reliant on a payment being sent or received today or tomorrow. Why was there no advance notice of such an outage!?

    @AskNationwide how long should it take from mortgage application to offer when it is a persons 2nd application on the same property (no valuation required)? It has now been 23 working days for our buyer.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve received my card and pin in the post but I’m unable to set up digital or mobile banking as it says the account is still new. When can I access this as it says on the letter it’s available to set up immediately?
