    @AskNationwide how long until this ‘technical issue’ is sorted?! You say Inbound payments are being processed but have you got a time scale? As many people have, still not received Pay and have bills, rent, food to pay for. I hope you will be compensating.

    @AskNationwide 3/3 I fail to see how raising s complaint helps resolve my situation. Last time I complained the reply contained multiple platitudes but zero explanation, so I gave up. Next time deal with the fallout much better, give estimated times for resolution or even better fix your IT...

    @AskNationwide are you going to be compensating the people constantly checking their bank accounts all day with no actual updates? It’s been incredibly stressful with no support or understanding. Some of us plan money going out of accounts on our payday and we are stuck now.

    @littlemissranty @AskNationwide Well I’m still waiting for a credit to process and it’s now 19:45 so pretty pants (again) today. Mortgage payment debits tomorrow so I rather hope things will be sorted in the next four hours. No explanation of what keeps causing these issues?

    @AskNationwide Customers vote with their feet we are half way out the door with this constantly recurring issue! Fix it PERMANENTLY and do not fob us of with a sorry or fill in a form. Total incompetence on your part Nationwide!

    @AskNationwide This issue has happened on an alarmingly frequent basis when customers are expecting salaries etc. It is not good enough Nationwide. You need to get your act together and find the source of this frequent issue! Unacceptable!
