Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

Help me, @AskNationwide, you're my only hope. I just want to talk to someone about a FlexPlus account. I used to be able to do this kind of thing in branch but now there is an impenetrable wall of FAQs (not mine) touch-tone choices (don't help) and app-babble. Is there a number?

@AskNationwide So much for the £200 Account Switch incentive. I started my switch online on the 3rd Oct, got told the switch would complete on 14th Oct 22. It’s now 1st Nov 22, and still no incentive. All criteria met confirmed by customer services… SCAMMERS….

@firstdirect When you compare the number of times your customers are unable to access and send money from their account, versus @AskNationwide - can you tell me if you have less issues? Considering switching current accounts after inability to send money, one too many times.
