@AskNationwide I set up a standing order from my Lloyds bank into my nationwide help to buy isa with the general SC & Account Number given to me & put my customer no. as the ref but the money has bounced back to me. I don’t know why this has happened?

@AskNationwide We have spent hours going through security. The card in question is being used and yet you claim not in use. Also our bank claim no switch request recieved and no issue with any cards. Your systems are in a mess.

Well don’t try to use the Nationwide switch service. Emails that their own guidance says are spam, no accountability, hours on the phone and after 13 days still no switch. IT terrible, communication abysmal. Worse than useless. @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide when is the app going to be sorted out? It crashes constantly & have to delete & reinstall every time I want to check my balance. Have only just switched but will be forced to move again as apps impossible to use.

@AskNationwide Trying to apply for a flexplus account but i keep getting redirected to the login page. Tried on Firefox & Edge but doing same thing, also happening when i try to apply through the Nationwide app.

@AskNationwide Hiya, So i have tried on my phone through safari, and on my computer using both safari and chrome. I have tried whilst logged in and out!! I think there is an issue with the website.
