@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@AskNationwide We phoned it they put her thru each time to Homecare CET. NOT a Homecare issue. Should be dealt with under her Buildings cover. Not left alone frightened, no lights/freezing, & being forced to pay upfront just because she doesn't have optional Homecare cover. Why pay insurance???

@AskNationwide Ipad Air iOS 15. Unable to login just get NW logo page then freezes. Need to restart or reinstall app then can login once or twice before same thing happens

@PaulVix1990 @AskNationwide @68ron At the moment until they fix the bug the only fix would be a total reinstall of the non beta os. Putting into recovery mode and have iTunes download it again. Total pain!
