  @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

  @AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?

  @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
