    @AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

    @AskNationwide Hi @AskNationwide, I've just tried to make a purchase on Steam (a £3.99 game) and I'm getting an error that says my card is being declined by my bank? But I've signed into the app and it all looks fine... successfully paid for an Iceland delivery two days ago...

    @AskNationwide Thank you. It definitely won't be called as the payment has already cleared and this is a duplicate error. Good job I spotted as took my available balance into a minus figure (no overdraft on account) so have had to pay in temporaily until it drops off

    @AskNationwide your app isn’t working correctly on the iPhone 13 Pro because the redesigned ‘notch’ forces the menu access keys at the top of the screen almost out of view. Are you working on an urgent fix for this?

    I'd like to thank @AskNationwide for their brilliant service in helping me a few nights ago when I noticed on my bank account that a lot of money had gone missing and how they recovered the money as well as their Fraud department is now investigating.
