@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@British_Airways @AskNationwide This is the problem, u cancelled 4 weeks before my holiday, (1 day after I paid the full balance)& this is the first response I have had! I had to gamble and rebook,much more £ as now there’s only 2 weeks left…airport parkings more cos I had to change dates & all u say is sorry

@TraceyandHarry @AskNationwide I’ve no problem using a card reader, though, if I’ve got my card on my smart phone, perhaps there is another way. But, some won’t have smart phones, so, I think it’s a bit of tech we’ll have around for a while yet, and happy that it does.
