@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide Really shouldn't have to make complaints everytime I try to communicate, using email address agreed with Joe Garner following previous formal complaint & compensation paid for exactly same problem!! We went through issues about webchat, which disconnects if you're too slow!

So now I’m back on hold again. Usually it wouldn’t be urgent, but in this case it’s a fixed-term ISA I want to close within the first-14-day grace period, and I will be very very angry if the broken @AskNationwide website and poor customer service actually costs me money. (3/4)

This year I've left @StarlingBank, @EE, & @AskNationwide and none have asked why. If I was a business who'd lost a customer I'd want to see trends and if necessary change policy/procedure. This is valuable info and no one is asking for it. A quick 2 min survey would do. Odd.
