See #nationwide are having electronic payment issues again. Who would have thought that people would send payments the first working day in the year after a shut down for bank holiday. Not causing me issues but some contrition and token compensation would be nice @asknationwide

@AskNationwide why has there been so many issues with payments ect. Now I am getting told incoming payments are in a queue. This is getting beyond a joke. Not hearing any other bank suffering the problems and at the worst time of year. When will it be sorted?????

@AskNationwide So how long is this likely to take? It's been down for hours so you must have some idea to assure your customers when this will be fixed???? Some of us have important bills to pay and others are desperate to buy food!!!!

@AskNationwide any idea when this problem is going to be fixed? I am sitting in the cold with my young son as I can’t access any money that has been transferred to my account to put any heating on! Yet again incompetence on your behalf!!

@michaelsage82 @AskNationwide Both were down earlier apparently outgoing is up again but if it’s anything like last time they could take some time to show up

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide - You're continually saying incoming payments are delayed, in a queue and will arrive ASAP, additionally issue will be fixed ASAP. What is the actual frame for both incoming payments and fix? ASAP does not help, people need to know when they will receive funds.

@AskNationwide @sh4rpy1 If it happens once, fair enough. But 3 times!? This is simply unacceptable. Not to mention the debit card payment issue a year or so ago. Not sure why Nationwide is going downhill so quickly. But I think its time to move to another provider.

@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?
