@AskNationwide Why can't you help people that save thousands with you, rates are awful sorry

  • Sadie2202 Annie Thomson (@Sadie2202) reported

@AskNationwide So have tried again today, apparently there is no one in Nationwide who can deal with an overall complaint or come up with a solution as to how we can access our overpayment. It is OUR money which we have overpaid, we need this money but Nationwide won’t let us have it back

  • downey_suzannah suzannah downey (@downey_suzannah) reported

@AskNationwide It never takes 2hrs! Unless you have something broken on your end! Then it becomes a problem for every customer that banks with you

  • david_8542 david (@david_8542) reported

@downey_suzannah @AskNationwide I’m having the same issue & I’m now completely stuck, again. The “up to 2 hours” response is quite frustrating when obviously there’s an issue. It’d be good to increase transparency to tell us why processing payments is not immediately as this seems to happening more frequently

@AskNationwide bank down again?!!!! This is embarrassing. My card keeps getting rejected!!

  • lfc_arrow Will (@lfc_arrow) reported

@independencekat @AskNationwide Fair enough I wasn't aware you had issues with NW sorry. Santander seem to be down atm. I have a bills account that won't take my money

  • MondesirWayne Mondiboy (@MondesirWayne) reported

@TTMoneyMentor @AskNationwide The low level and stagnant British wages makes it impossible for the average worker to afford buying a house. Unless you get a subsidy from the bank of Mum and Dad an inheritance or a lucrative Only Fans account. You can forget it.

  • lfc_arrow Will (@lfc_arrow) reported

@independencekat @AskNationwide I've seen on another thread here someone braved the hold times and they told him it "may" not be fixed until Monday. I would personally keep trying after 12. I used to work for HBOSand banks are usually onto these issues pretty quickly. Sorry it wasn't better news! 😑

  • Sadie2202 Annie Thomson (@Sadie2202) reported

@AskNationwide There was on our previous product, when we switched in February it was explained clearly that once the switch was made we wouldn’t be able to access the money. Been through complaints procedure, went against us. We just want a solution

  • mttkgrdnr Matt Gardner (@mttkgrdnr) reported

@AskNationwide hi, I have a new mortgage with you. My repayments are set for the 28th of each month. If this is a weekend or BH, does it come out on the last working day before or next working day after the 28th?
