    @AskNationwide Thanks. Their devices are compliant but to enable the UK app store access they'd have to disable access to apps that they still need for Ukrainian contact. This is different to how many other UK personal banks have enabled their apps to be installed from the Ukrainian app store.

    @AskNationwide I am in your Coatbridge branch and the service is unreal there are two windows open and I am been standing here for 20 minutes and there is a huge queue Surely there should be a better way to manage your branch known lunch time would be busy. BOS service is better

    @AskNationwide Thanks. We can do the online banking on my PC no problem, it's more so they can track their balance after getting their own place in a few months' time. They can't be expected to get a PC just for one website login!

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve received my card and pin in the post but I’m unable to set up digital or mobile banking as it says the account is still new. When can I access this as it says on the letter it’s available to set up immediately?
