Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

@AskNationwide Can you bring back the option to get an SMS security code? Frequently when coming from Nationwide app to previous app, after authorising a payment, nothing happens. I don't have this issue with other bank apps, only Nationwide.

@AskNationwide There were plenty funds, as mentioned, I was able to send the required amount to my partner’s account through the app and their non-Nationwide card worked fine. I can use the card with any other service and shop fine, too, there is no block, but done odd limitation.

@AskNationwide At the moment the receiving bank says they have not received any communication from you. As you're saying it will take up to 20 working days to complete process. is it okay for you to prove emergency disbursement while waiting for the process. as i said I really need the money

@AskNationwide Also whilst this is going on where can I see the pending transactions if I log into my account via the website? I can see the total but I would like to see the individual transactions just like you can on the app.
