@AskNationwide Good morning. I keep having issues with paying by card. Declined this AM again at the local garage, I have funds, wouldn't even allow me cash out the machine. How embarrassing. Not the first time this has happened both me and my partners cards...

@AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?

@AskNationwide #Nationwide customer services have emailed me: "Speak to us online through our webchat: we’re here between 8am and 7.45pm, seven days a week." Are they mistaken? I can't find the webchat. Is there such a facility?
