@AskNationwide It's android obviously. I have done that I have un installed it and re installed it twice now. So naturally I have the most up-to-date version. Still throwing up the same error message though.

@AskNationwide There is no Redemption figure via that link, now having to spend ages waiting for your “customer support” to pick up the phone again, now been over an hour ro get a simple figure! Disgusting service. They had better not disconnect me this time!

@AskNationwide I'm using a brand new Samsung a52s I tap "I am set up to use online banking" and then it comes up with a page briefly. Before you can do anything its up with the error message.icant screenshot the error message or anything as the ap won't allow it.

@AskNationwide Mine is to move to a new bank because your systems have been having issues the last 3 paydays and all i got was a copy paste message with no time estimate
