  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  @educationgovuk I hear I being charged 2.50 being late. At a very top Pri - School. It is not going to happen @Uber_Support. We Charge back @AskNationwide...you will pay my money back. There are cameras...I challenge the British Company working with Chinese Company in Shenzhen...pull out the CCTV.

  @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

  @AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

  A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻
