    @AskNationwide for the last 4 weeks I have been promised a phone call to solve a problem that you caused with my credit card back in June, terrible customer service, why is it upto me as a customer to keep chasing you to solve the problem that you caused.

    @AskNationwide We broke down on the 13-Aug. They have let us down time and time again and after 15 hours in a recovery truck driving up through France to the tunnel the recovery truck we were told had been arranged hasn't and we’re stranded again. This is beyond ridiculous its incompetence

    @AskNationwide Not yet as they are closed & was only spotted when we went to the local shop this evening & the card was declined. Thanks for your help I will contact them tomorrow it’s just odd that’s it’s two completely separate companies (one is a local takeaway and the other a major airline)

    @AskNationwide are there issues with banking as we have two separate pending payments showing that have already been taken (so these pending payments are duplicates) which has now taken the account overdrawn by a substantial amount!

    @VisaUK It seems like @AskNationwide wanted to blame anybody but themselves, for rejecting the bank transfer not once but twice! It is not the first time they have NOT admitted the error!
