    Some absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

    @AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.

    @AskNationwide My debit card was cancelled (not by me) and ordered a new one this Monday My card still hasnโ€™t arrived and now my apple pay isnโ€™t working!! Whereโ€™s my debit card ?

    @AskNationwide Iโ€™ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said โ€œDue to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right nowโ€ - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.
