    @AskNationwide Had to do this twice now with a triple access saving accounts V13 to v14. So you are saying you made v13 obsolete in weeks. Just do what other building societies and banks do and raise the rates on the existing accounts, your current practice looks (and is) underhand

    @AskNationwide your accessibility for deaf people, customer service wise..stinks... Two authorisation emails sent, now there's no record and a 3 day wait when I was able to speak on her behalf before. Now we have to look forward to a weekend spent stressing even more than before.

    @AskNationwide I have an overdraft in my account yet it isn’t allowing me to use it. When I try to manage my overdraft, it’s says that I have permission to access that section. What’s going on?

    @AskNationwide I'm appalled at the poor customer service from TMW consistently letting us down. Unable to take calls. advised you wrote to our solicitor on 5th May, but they have not received any correspondence. We need to market our house urgently. You are causing untold stress!

    @AskNationwide Just spoke to your customer service assistant, Lynn (who was ace!). Awful to hear that your staff haven't been treated by respect (and now have to wear bodycams) over the past two years during lockdown.
