    @AskNationwide Yes just an triple access one nothing complicated. I can dm ref number if needed. My point is ive done two complaints and the staff aren’t arsed so complaining again seems odd n pointless

    @AskNationwide @NnMonky Same issue. This is not a fix @AskNationwide - update your app like the other 50+ apps that work on this release of IOS. It’s 2021. C’mon!

    @AskNationwide Hi managed to fix it myself, it was related to the expired verification messages, I hit the biometric login and had to super quickly hit the messages button before the error popped up. I then cleared my expired verification messages and I was able to continue in the app.

    @AskNationwide Have you tried reading my first tweet? That’s exactly what I’ve done 4 times now. Works when reinstalled. Then reverts to same problem. Please advise if anyone else is reporting the same problem

    @tarasis Arghh I was hoping beta 3 would fix it. Never had a problem with any betas before with @AskNationwide - same issue with it sat ‘talking to Nationwide’

    @AskNationwide I need to make a transfer (payee) ASAP, it’s an emergency! I’ve logged in via your website and your app, but I keep getting asked for a card reader! I don’t have one! Banks like Santander have no such process. This is absurd, no wonder why you’re losing customers!!
