@AskNationwide That makes no sense at all what is the difference between me requesting it on the app or in a phone call? Your secure app v me giving all the security details over the phone? CS is about providing the customer with a pleasant journey not jumping through hoops to suit your systems

@AskNationwide Yes, but theirs work and they don’t randomly stop your card working while you’re abroad. Not your fault, but it’s my money and I’d like to spend it when I want to spend it! Thanks for responding so promptly.

@AskNationwide Hi. I am trying to register on line and spoke to a very friendly person last week to register my email and phone number which I need to start the process. However, I still get an error message when I try to register saying it still needs my email / phone number Can you help ?

Hello @AskNationwide just used your ATM, no money given, went inside to let a staff member know and quite frankly they couldn’t have cared less and told me to take it up with G4S. It’s now on me to sort out an unnecessary problem. Very underwhelming

Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!
