    @AskNationwide @nathanstorey12 I don't remember reading people had actually had anything yet? They haven't started the "backlog" at all, as they don't know how to fix the problem that keeps becoming a problem! Absolute insult how they keep giving their customers nothing! Not an incline

    @AskNationwide @mollygater9 The fact that payments out are working is only any use if you have money in you account! It’s of no help if your wages/ pensions etc are sat in a queue and you’re relying on that to pay bills , seems you’ve prioritised the wrong problem

    @AskNationwide @SkylarrosePhil4 That service status update was written 2 hours ago. When will this problem be fixed? Honestly this is a shambles. Its unfair to people who have no other means. I need access to my money to buy shopping. I have a child at home. Its completely unacceptable
