    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇
