    @GillianMead9 @AskNationwide My account was hacked as a result of this, and when Support wasnt doing anything over for over 30+ days I was so sad. not until someone referred me to Unicyber_Support on Instagram who help me to reinstate my account, so of course they can help.

    @AskNationwide That you keep saying you’ll be with me shortly on this, thus far, 40 minute hold is really shoddy customer service. I’m sure your quants have a rough idea of hold times and could give your customers a rough idea of hold times. Shoddy service.

    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide At the moment the receiving bank says they have not received any communication from you. As you're saying it will take up to 20 working days to complete process. is it okay for you to prove emergency disbursement while waiting for the process. as i said I really need the money

    @MolloySeany @AskNationwide I'm in the same situation. Not only that, I only joined Nationwide on the promise of a reward which they never delivered. A terrible authoritarian bank who I will be telling everybody not to do business with from now on.

    @AskNationwide Can you bring back the option to get an SMS security code? Frequently when coming from Nationwide app to previous app, after authorising a payment, nothing happens. I don't have this issue with other bank apps, only Nationwide.

    @GillianMead9 @AskNationwide Same here so I understand how you feel! I have been locked out of my account for the pass 5months. After appealing did not work I contacted. Unicyber_Support on Insta for help and they did wonderfully well.
