    @AskNationwide how is it OK to leave someone for at least 3 weeks with no bank card? No access to money, and bills/subscription have now stopped. To make it even worse your customer service is an absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide I need some help with the account switch service your leaflet clearly states if I change my mind I have 7 days from the date of the switch but I have called to delay it today and been told it cannot be delayed & I cannot speak to anyone about this!

    @AskNationwide Yes I have. I have tried multiple devices. The man who I spoke to on the phone told me the system is down and placed me on hold to find out when it would be fixed then hung up on me
