@AskNationwide Samsung phone and via the Nationwide App. I get to the end where you are requested to reenter your pin and then I get the arrow message about technical issues

@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.
@AskNationwide I haven't received a reply to my query. I'm trying to change my address online as instructed but at the very end of the process, it says the site is experiencing technical problems. This has been ongoing for a week?
@AskNationwide No you are not. You reject potential fraudulent payments and lock up my account and I have to wait 7 days. All you keep doing is blaming the merchant for something your procedures created Nationwide have appalling customer service
