  @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

  @AskNationwide complete disconnect between Nationwide travel insurance and their provider Aviva . It used to be simple but now it’s Aviva it’s impossible. Absolute nightmare trying to get hold of travel insurance documents and having paid £120 + premium

  @AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

  @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
