    @AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

    @teresadg0 @AskNationwide In years gone by, if a company said they were working with the FA then you could assume it was something to do with football but in 2022 you can assume that it has sweet FA to do with football or indeed banking.

    And now @AskNationwide you send me an email to call you, on a weekend, when you don't accept calls. I have been a happy customer up until now, but this customer service issue is now going on for almost a week.....
