@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide There's nothing to sort out tbh. I figured out by trial and error in the end. I just think you need to update the instructions on your form and fix the broken link.

@AskNationwide 2 switch dates now Nationwide missed. No communication to me whatsoever! Takes ages to get thru on phone to find out what's going on then they can't actually deal with it as they email switch team who never get back to me 🤬 Branch who persuaded me to switch say can't help. 🤬

@AskNationwide Would payments that are normally made during that period of down time take slightly longer to reach accounts? I usually have my wage paid in by around 4am

@mgslucas @AskNationwide Having similar problems. Sick of Nationwide. No one gets back to you & can't get thru on phone, then when you do all they can do is email switch team who don't get back to you. Phoned & automated service says they're not taking calls & immediately cuts you off. Shocking service.

@AskNationwide Can you provide a number where I can speak to someone please as I've been a customer with you for over 20 years, I want my son to have his first current account with you but you are making it as difficult as possible and I'm at the point of going elsewhere.

@AskNationwide Hi, how do I report a problem with one-time codes for online payment verification? I tried buying sth online the other night abt 22:15 and despite clicking "resend code" a number of times, nothing happened ... until next morning. Call after call btw 8:30 & midday🙄
