@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide nationwide are holding funds and have blocked my account only because I have transferred money to Uphold and Coinbase. They have put this down to ‘fraud’ but in fact the definition of fraud is how I am being treated by nationwide. This is control, not protection.

@AskNationwide what is wrong with your phone system? I am trying to call you for over a week, and the automated system keeps dropping the calls randomly. Tried 3x phones, same issues. Seems I am not the only one. Why can’t I email you?

@AskNationwide And again Kamara. It’s not that easy. The branch staff can only let us use the in branch phones to call the loans team. Last time we were on the phone in branch for 2.5 hours. Months of desperation has led to me seeking help here.

@AskNationwide Banked a £4k cheque, you rejected it saying it was rejected by the bank of Manchester City Council, and they say you cashed it. 3 calls no one has a clue no one calls back. Awful service once this is sorted I am moving bank

@AskNationwide I keep experiencing technical issues from your end whilst trying to set up my new savings account and internet banking. Codes have to be requested 2 or 3 times and now I can’t set up my account that I want to use to withdraw money due to technical issues. I’ve tried for 2 days

@AskNationwide are there any plans to add more features to your app? It’s absurd that you have to have a card reader to do virtually anything and can’t pay in cheques. I’m a loyal customer but am getting fed up with it.
