@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide Apologies I missed this. I appreciate you have tried to help. I'm interested in how you expect me to get hold of uk insurance when I have so far this week spent 1 hour 50 minutes waiting for them to answer their phones. They don't even say how long the wait is

@British_Airways Problem has been resolved, @AskNationwide managed to help, you guys did absolutely nothing, except a reply days after the problem, and pointlessly calling BA for hours to get no answer. Really hope the customer service is better on the flight!

@AskNationwide hello :) can you please confirm the opening times of your travel insurance phoneline? Your site shows open until 7pm - "Call 0800 051 01 54 (available Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm... )". I've been trying to call all afternoon but keep getting a mailbox full message

@AskNationwide Hello, I need a bank statement as proof of address for an interview but I am on paperless banking, is there a way on the website I could get a one time bank statement sent out or could I go into a local branch and have them print something? I'd need it by tuesday

@AskNationwide Nationwide need to get a grip of this... its your customers getting a diabolical service. I could have changed my bank in less time that I've been on hold to your insurance provider.

@NatWest_Help @AskNationwide Not At Present, May Apply For A Loan With You At Higher Rate Over 5 Years (60 Months) :/ :) Just Maybe Plead With Them Again ,With Credit Reports History & Paid Off Loans As Paid In Full & Closed, Along With Other Credit Cards Closed Down Too :/
