Andrea Reynolds (@81xmn) reported@AskNationwide I’ve tried speaking to your customer service and although we had everything in to you within a week of applying for the mortgage we are still waiting after over 3 months. My advise to anyone looking for a mortgage, don’t use @AskNationwide if you want to move within 5-6 months.

It might only be paperwork to you but to us it’s our home🥺 Very poor customer service 😩

I also tried to send money to another account and that’s not been received yet.
