  @AskNationwide complete disconnect between Nationwide travel insurance and their provider Aviva . It used to be simple but now it’s Aviva it’s impossible. Absolute nightmare trying to get hold of travel insurance documents and having paid £120 + premium

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide Her response and get away for an early lunch! What a diabolical and despicable level of Customer Service from Nationwide. Now, a Complaint to the Financial Ombudsman is the only choice left for me. #Nationwide? Not worth a piss in a pot!!
