  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

  Very concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...

  @AskNationwide as much as I love daily puzzles, not so much with my banking app. App said I had to re install which I have done twice and again not able to move money or access chat or other services.
