@AskNationwide I’m really struggling to get online after starting an account transfer. App keeps kicking me off. Also got a text saying there may be an issue with current bank. Nothing in writing. I think I will cancel transfer but I can’t make contact with you!

@AskNationwide Obviously nationwide don't care about existing customers. I will be transferring my current account in the coming weeks! Pretty piss poor customer service really. I've been a customer since they took over the Anglia BS and were the Nationwide Anglia. Well your choice. Bye bye.

@proogs @AskNationwide I was getting those same letters. Support told me it was because I hadn't filled in an email address in one section of the site (I think credit card) - I fixed that and the letters stopped. My email address is also at my own .net domain.

@AskNationwide do you have an issue with the payments pending section on the app? Keeps saying it can't be loaded, try again soon. Been like that all weekend.

@HelenYaffe @AskNationwide They also closed it while I was changing banks using the Current Account Switching Service meaning I no longer qualified for a £175 switching incentive from my new bank.

@AskNationwide Thanks Pauline, I've used the advice and made application to make international transfer. I did this last Saturday (over 7 days ago) and it's not left my account. I'm returning their own money transferred to me...if there was a problem with the transaction I would like to know 😔

@AskNationwide Morning. If my next door neighbour with the exact same house has just had a value and it has increased, when i look at new fixed deals can i use the same value (increased) or would you want to do your own valuation? I still have 20mths fix left but curious.
