    @AskNationwide Thanks, but you’ve said that before and it doesn’t address the problem. If someone requests a reasonable adjustment then just saying ‘no’ isn’t an acceptable (or legal) answer. Can you advise on how I can take this further @RNIB @guidedogs?

    @AskNationwide just been on hold for about 40 minutes to be hung up on ??????? My card has randomly stopped working on Apple Pay and it’s saying to contact my bank??

    @AskNationwide There is no facility to talk to anyone about savings on this number - Savings is not an allowed option !! Twitter is the only way l have been able to contact a human being !! Even the branch can't help. What's going on ??
