Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!
