@AskNationwide I'm not sure that will resolve the issue. I need an update on why I can't set up/pay payees on any of my Nationwide app/website. The card reader isn't working, and internet banking is showing errors, same as the app.

@AskNationwide I didn't remember my customer number for internet banking so I tried the recall service, but I was told that I had attempted too many times and I'm now locked out and have to re-register for online banking. What's going on?! I haven't tried before, so who has?!

@Barclays @AskNationwide @AskNationwide Each time I had to re-explain the situation, was told it would take 3–5 working days, or that the transfer had failed and was being reprocessed. No follow-up with me, I did all the chasing.
