    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide @menzies_walker It is doing exactly the same to me. I even provided a screen shot which is exactly the same as the one provided here. You definitely have an issue your end Nationwide.

    @AskNationwide DON'T bank with Nationwide. Switch service guarantee ignored, didn't happen seamlessly in 7 working days. Nothing but poor service & issues since. Complaints team haven't been back in touch either breaching FOS guidelines.

    @AskNationwide It’s not an update we need, it’s action! Nearly 3 months since our first phone call with you to apply and we are still waiting for our offer! The vendor is now fed up of waiting, so pulling out. All errors admitted by Nationwide too, very frustrating.

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @AskNationwide appalling service with mortgage application. Errors on your part from start to finish and due to inefficiencies we are now about to lose our house purchase. 7 weeks of time and money wasted.

    @AskNationwide Can you bring back the option to get an SMS security code? Frequently when coming from Nationwide app to previous app, after authorising a payment, nothing happens. I don't have this issue with other bank apps, only Nationwide.
