@AskNationwide Thank you for the scripted response, but clearly you didn't get the broader point being made. If you can comment on this surely @AskNationwide can comment on how customers & public at large are being disadvantaged? (Not dissinng Nationwide. I've been a customer for decades).

@AskNationwide Yes it’s a mortgage application. They don’t give updates. They just ask for more info then reset SLA clock to 5 days. They wait another 5 days then ask for more info and reset SLA clock again. The latest SLA clock reset is for an IT fault! Nobody willing to help there?

@AskNationwide We have spent hours going through security. The card in question is being used and yet you claim not in use. Also our bank claim no switch request recieved and no issue with any cards. Your systems are in a mess.
