@AskNationwide Not much help! I’ll have to go into branch yet again. I got locked out due to attempting to many times. I was told to try again today, still not working!!

@AskNationwide This tweet is an absolute joke. You locked me out of my "instant access" savings account and refused to help. My only course of action was to leave work and physically go into the branch and close my account. Goodbye Nationwide, never again.

@BidnesNunyo @AskNationwide I had to attend in person to withdraw MY funds. The system is impossible. 48 hours to process in stark comparison to #bitcoin, at the speed of light. Disruption incoming.

@AskNationwide Absolutely nothing you muppets can do. You cancelled my card. Without my authorisation. It's a week until payday, I have NO access to any money. It'll take 5-7 business days to get a new card. Complete joke of a bank.

@AskNationwide No you don't. The online chat is a waste of time and the "complaints service" is a joke. Your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I will be reporting you to the ombudsman.

@AskNationwide I propose anyone with a Nationwide acc containing more than £3 million is collected by your good selves & redistributed for the 'greater good'. So as too rebalance a decaying dis-eased ponzi scheme backed up by debt based currency. Also these addicts "get help" @TheVenusProject

@AskNationwide Hi, any news on saver rates following the BoE rate increase two weeks ago? It's not really ok to say on your website that you're working through the implications without giving the earliest date we should check back. Are we supposed to look every day?
