@AskNationwide Hi Craig. I’ve spent some 5 hours on the phone, been in branch, made a complaint. All I need is a letter admitting the error and that you’re removing it. But no one wants to do this. My property purchase is about to fall through as a result.

@AskNationwide He rang yesterday and the woman couldn't help him because he didn't know when he opened his account because it was forever ago. He was told to ring back and get someone else who would ask different questions the next time. It's pretty poor. He rang back and they said a week!

@AskNationwide #homeinsurance Just been advised by your home emergency claims team that following a 3am emergency call out yesterday, that you won’t replace parts in my main toilet cistern as I have another working toilet! Surely this is a joke???
