@AskNationwide Yes I have, I be tried contactless with my card as well and that doesn’t work. I rang up before the bank holiday last week to order a new card as the person that spoke to me suggested and was told I would get it in 5 working days

@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Payment finally processed after many attempts. How could there be a problem with the card when it finally worked with the other retailer? Ask Nationwide, get stock responses. Waste of time.

@AskNationwide Thanks again. I see that the website confirms that you are no longer offering Help to Buy ISAs to new applicants. Would I be classed as a new applicant even though my initial ISA was closed less than 12 months ago and hasn’t been used?

@AskNationwide Tried calling but the agent wasn’t able to help. Surely this is somewhat of a scam, given that I initially paid £308 which included £29 of shipping only to be told I need to pay an additional £102.11 in order to receive the package

@AskNationwide I've just opened a new flex direct account and it's not showing up on the app, not sure if I just have to wait a bit or is there a problem?
