@AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

@AskNationwide This is why I’m changing banks now this is redic it’s been over 6 hours now. SERVICE FAILURE LEVEL EPIC ! What a joke. Sort this out get ur finger out some of us need to eat!!!!
