@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide I seem to have to allow an awful lot of scripts to run since I've tightened up browser security. Are they really all necessary? A bit of a rhetorical question but I don't like unnecessary cookies and scripts especially on financial sites.

@AskNationwide Good morning Claire. After 170 days why should I, the customer, be chasing anyone? Your CEO knows all about this & still we wait. My wife is struggling, my son is struggling, I'm trying to hold it together for all, & your company couldn't care less.

@AskNationwide No point replying as we just go round in circles. You didn’t look after a long serving loyal customer that’s all the public and potential new customers need to know.

@AskNationwide Thanks Nathan - given this is more legal I’d like clarification in a policy document ? The one on the website is vague ? Is there no guidance on this as I am sure I’m not the first to ask ?
