    @AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

    @AskNationwide She tried this number and as it's automated it couldn't help and told her to go to a branch.

    @StevenSearle92 @AskNationwide I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @AskNationwide I had to get the company that sent a payment to do a manual payment, IE had to resend the payment. This after endless tweets from Nationwide that payments did not have to be resent. Awful customer service from Nationwide. No answer to any tweeted question either.

    @AskNationwide It’s just not good enough. There was barely any communication. Took hours and hours for the payment to come through. Missed my online food shopping slot because my payment services weren’t working. Appreciate we all have issues, but being a bank is an essential service

    @AskNationwide And that is fantastic it’s working but the fact some people went nearly 24hrs with this situation is not good and then to have very little communication from anyone over it again not okay. I presume everyone affected will be compensated for this?

    @AskNationwide Hi Jamie, I really appreciate you responding to me and hope you and the rest of the team get a restful Christmas break after what must have been a difficult few days. It might be useful idc to inform customers what the issue was and measures taken to stop a repeat in future?
