@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Gosh what an appalling service from @AskNationwide today. Because of THEIR incompetence I now have to drive for 1 hour to a physical branch with ID to get restrictions on my card lifted. Time to give up on them and move back accounts.

@AskNationwide very poor service messing long standing customers about after my wife and I went to the local branch to open a flex account plus only to be told that no one at the branch was qualified to open this account . rubbish . A wasted journey in to town plus car park fee

@egglane @AskNationwide These muppets are on the shittiest list possible. Done me over big time, no access to money so can't buy diesel for the car to get to work, let alone buy food. Nastiest bank I've ever had the displeasure of using.

That @AskNationwide ad where they advise a woman to put less milk in her cereal because they are trying to help. So wide of the mark. It’s awful. This is Nationwide Building Society with total assets of £272 billion in 2022.

@AskNationwide Things breaking down!! My washing machine has just died. Difficult to have money put buy to replace things that break. Especially when everything tends to go at the same time! My dishwasher broke before Xmas, no plan to replace that yet. Can't live without washing machine though!

@AskNationwide the letter you sent me with the pin is is impossible to open. I've ended up ripping it trying to get the pin. Can you send me a new one or tell me my pin via another method as it isn't user friendly at all. Thanks
