@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide She tried this number and as it's automated it couldn't help and told her to go to a branch.

@AskNationwide Yeah I wondered if it was a glitch on the system. Unable to download a csv from any earlier than oct 2021. I presume this should still be possible?

@AskNationwide I've transferred money to a payee with a long name. The payment has gone through. I typed the full name in but only part of it is on the confirmation. Is this a problem?

@AskNationwide can’t access the app as it says that there’s a technical problem but your service availability says your services are working normally, is this a problem for just me?

@AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

@AskNationwide fed up of your ‘computer says no’ attitude to customers. Your complaints team is just carrying out a tick box exercise for the FSA - awful service from them. I’ve been a customer for years - you make me feel like you don’t care and I truly don’t think you do

@AskNationwide Hi I have a 1 yr triple access account maturing in June this year at 2.5percent. Can I transfer all funds to 1yr fixed term saving at 4 percent? What will happen to the exist interest of will I leave some funds in triple access?
