@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide when is this payment issue going to be resolved! How in gods name can a bank go down when everyone is expecting wages that are still not in the bank. Shocking this close to Christmas!
