The verification page just keeps reloading both using the card reader or the passcode. I tried calling but the telephone banking is closed. Most frustrating.

Reverting back to standard isn’t so easy without wiping the phone and reinstalling, and I’ve never had any beta issues before so it’s actually a bit poor. The website doesn’t show pending transactions like the app.

You can’t potentially tell thousands of customers they can’t have access to the app, I have five different accounts with you and use the app everyday. I also have an account with another bank and their app is fine….

jack turk (@jturk321) reported@AskNationwide @NeilThompson Watch the app still won’t work on iOS 15.10 in 2 weeks time and they still tell us it’s our fault for having the update when no other app has this problem. Sounds like a usability error in your code somewhere

I'm running 15.1 and can't access my accounts, same boat as you. Three ideas of the beta is to give developers time to update their app before it goes live. NW rushing an update will lead to security holes.
