@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Just reviewing mum’s house insurance renewal from @AskNationwide - quote is for £37 p/m but if she was a new customer to the brand (via comparison site) it would only be £14 p/m for the same cover 😳 Good to see loyalty is rewarded!
