We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Gogger (@Gogger16) reported@Angemala1 @AskNationwide OMG, I just had the EXACT same issue! Opened an account an no card reader sent with card and PIN. Needed to make payment and couldn't. Why can't I just use biometrics on phone!? Complaint submitted and when £200 credited to my account I'm switching back to old bank straight away!

Gogger (@Gogger16) reported@AskNationwide @mlcpfc1 They are awful. Basically you need to carry one about with you to pay anyone instead of using biometrics on phone. Totally outdated so I'm switching as soon as practical.
