We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either.
