@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide One of my new year resolutions will be to wash my hands with Nationwide and bank elsewhere. Somewhere where you get RELIABLE service and a bank that will openly ACKNOWLEDGE when there’s an ISSUE, so their CUSTOMERS aren’t left in the dark..

@AskNationwide Kyle, it does seem that you have no understanding on how to deliver good customer service. As an ex CSM let me give you a piece of advice, well two. Tell the truth and admit there's an issue, explain what's being done to sort it.

@AskNationwide De ja vue Kyle exact Same script as seven days ago when all The down detectors stayed hundreds of reports yet you all states no issues and system ended up down for 23 Hours

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Like others wages are always in by now, they aren't. I will have no food shopping delivered, no electric or gas on my meters, and a sick pet who won't get treatment if the vet isn't paid. Absolutely disgusting you're denying there's issues.
