@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Surprised I haven't heard from you, @AskNationwide, about a £60 apology payment. I was left with £300 stuck in transfer limbo on 21st Dec unable to use my salary in your account and without the money I expected in my daily checking account while you fixed your problems.

@AskNationwide I read that you are providing £60 to customers who were affected by your outage on 4 January. I was affected when money that was transferred from another bank to my Nationwide account was queued. I needed that transaction urgently. Am I due £60 compensation?
