    @AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

    @AskNationwide THANKS FOR NOTHING TRYIED TO GET HELP AND YOU COULDNT OVER THE PHONE AND BLAMED MY PHONE LINE FOR THE POOR QUALTY. IM DEAF AND COULDNT HEAR HIM SO MY PROBLEM HASNT BEEN RESLOVED

    @AskNationwide I’ve not received the correct amount for a refund from Dorothy Perkins, they said they’ve refunded the full amount. But I haven’t, and have bank statements to show this. They’ve told me to contact you as there’s nothing they can do to help🙄

    @AskNationwide just wanted to say what great customer service I received from Jared who works at your Golden Square branch in Warrington, when I had unknown transactions on my account. I have been in branch a few times this week in a panic and he has been a legend!

    @AskNationwide Partner applied for loan - sent docs back thurs (emailed) - monies should have been transferred today - nothing in account. He said communication from nationwide about this whole loan application process has been shockingly awful.
