@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide This is my landladys last Christmas with her young children as she has cancer and I can't pay her my rent. Absolutely disgusting customer service. After another crazy year we've all had, you need to do so much better. If you've been hacked, just admit it.

@AskNationwide customer: Doesn't put money in on time to cover a bill....theres a fee Nationwide: Doesn't put money in on time for customer....take your oil! Maybe an email or txt to warn us rather than a message on the app would have been better

@dave_murray1981 @moodyfrenchman @AskNationwide Literally makes no difference, these people aren’t talking to the tech guys nor do they care how hard they are working. Some of them have no money right now and are worried about Christmas being ruined because of this. So just leave it out and stop commenting on these posts
