@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide It does absolutely nothing for your 'members' who work all week though does it? If you put back the glass screens your colleagues would be no more at risk than anyone working in Aldi or Tesco. Don't see them closing their doors.

@AskNationwide I actually have a separate issue now. I am all set up with online banking for this Loyalty Saver 15yr account and I am trying to transfer money to someone elses Nationwide account. The details are all verified by the 'check payee details' but then it gives me an error

@AskNationwide Not sure how I can resolve it? I'm caught in your system error, so I think it will fall to you to offer some customer service and resolve the issue! Honest comms as your team are working on transfers in due 5th May - the website says a 15 day delay max- this isn't the case

@AskNationwide I sent money via bank transfer to my PayPal account but it hasn't gone through to paypal it's come out of my nationwide account but not appeared in PayPal it's been well over an hour I have contacted payola about this issue as well.
