@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

Recently moved to @AskNationwide and got to say, really impressed with their banking app, not so much their website banking, a bit outdated but overall, the £200.00 switch bribe seems worth it!
