    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @HSBC_UK I’m a customer of nearly 30 years and I’ve recently had a really poor experience. Trying to sort took 3 attempts with communicating with you. @AskNationwide here I come.

    @AskNationwide I’m in South Africa if that makes any difference? It was working here though until yesterday. I need to make some bank transfers but am unable to. Even when I go on the browser it won’t take me to the login page?

    @agolaymonday @NatWest_Help Interesting. NW does not even adhere to its own limits. Rejects even £50 in any one month. Also having issues with @AskNationwide which is new. I route around using a neo bank. Inconvenient but hardens conviction.

    @AvivaUK @AskNationwide Impossible to do via your online form. None of the questions applicable. No space for OTHER. Electrics gone in our camper. Affects fridge, lights, water pump etc etc. How do we find out if we are covered? tried talking to your bot ARTI this am but no use

    @jon_trickett That's why I left Barclays a good few years ago Jon. Just a 'normal' customer (pretty poor) who they want to fleece to give to shareholders. @AskNationwide looks after it's customers! Its no wonder us 'normal' people dont trust banks!

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp Trying to add more money (incl ISA transfer) into a fixed cash ISA that I opened with @AskNationwide at start of July. I was told by customer services📞, I can't do this as I missed the window (2 days). Is this correct? Most banks give 30 day window?
