    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide my current account is missing from my banking app and direct debit payments are failing regardless of there being money in the account. I've tried calling customer service service and nothing please advise

    @AskNationwide Do you actually have a live social media team or is it just chat bots? Either way the copy Pasted replies are a joke as there is yet again clearly an issue impacting nationwide. Owning it and acknowledging it nets you better pr than acting like the iraqi information minister.

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide Sorry I have done this is past via app and it’s instant showing the balance paid but currently my credit card company is saying it’s pending from bank side but when I look at my account nothing is pending nor debited to my account. There is an issue and please check and advise

    Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

    @AskNationwide I have made payment to my credit cards and they saying pending from my bank and also the payments were verified via app but still not deducting if my balance and also my credit card has not received payment. Is there a problem can you urgently help
