    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide finally re-enroll at much inconvenience and it tells me a new device enrolled despite this being the same device I've used for years. What's wrong with 2 factor authentication or prompting for pin for security instead of this horrible, worrying method. Bad service.

    @buckinghamh @AskNationwide @TheAA_UK My wife was driving my car last night when it broke down in the middle of nowhere. I took her car to her so both her and my son could get home, but Nationwide wouldn’t let me stay with it, insisting she stayed because it was her cover. I was fuming.

    @AskNationwide Yes she has, and we already paid for the funeral from the funds in the account, so nationwide branch are very aware. I'm assuming that this is a clerical error, it can't be NW policy surely?
