Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

I've already reached out via chat and was told there are issues, so why doesn't it say this on the status page?

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
