    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @chase_uk with all your problems today a lot of people have been negatively impacted. When a similar issue happened with @AskNationwide compensation was given for the inconvenience caused.

    @MartinSLewis Nope, would never touch @AskNationwide again after their repeated screwups left me unable to access my savings and almost caused my house purchase to fall through. Their response: as compensation we'll not charge you for the things we failed to do.

    @AskNationwide I am sick of this. I’ve done the chat, been advised to call your help line and am now in a 30 min queue. Really bad customer experience. I simply want to amend my switch application with a different current account! Can this not be done with you? Can I visit a branch to sort?

    @AskNationwide How do I find the sort code of my maturing ISA. The website gives me 4digits/9digits which is not want I require. I have now been on the phone for 10 minutes when the waiting time was indicated as 4 minutes.

    @AskNationwide You have avoided my question about new customers getting a better rate from day one. The Loyalty Saver account which we have does not appear on this list. Has it been withdrawn? If it has, why were we not told? We obviously want the best instant access rate.

    @AskNationwide Spoke to chat agent . She couldn't help.. suggested I ring up... I don't have that much time to waste.. Straight to the FCA it is ..can't even log a complaint

    @AskNationwide Now into 15mins for second "hold"! Not a happy customer particularly as its not a matter I can deal with through the App/website or, probably, in Branch.
