    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Hi, what about you supporting your members? I have had an ongoing issue in the complaints procedure since May & no one can help. All I get is it can take 56 working days! Rubbish customer service.

    @AskNationwide hi I've had a little issue this morning with both my debit and credit card this morning when attempting to set up a smart parking account. Said my cards could not be verified or not in good standing. Yet my brother's then worked. However I know they're fine!

    @AskNationwide Yes i know thanks but it is possible.Everyone else is doing it. Please look into developing this service. No issues with the customer service otherwise but it is so painful to try and get to nearest store (or post office which is now even further away), especially with fuel costs

    Well guess what @AskNationwide it us your problem. High court enforcement officers will be knocking st your head office in Swindon in Monday morning with TV cameras to get ALL my money plus their fees or remove goods to the value of the debt. PS close my account now

    @AskNationwide I have already spent months going through a complaints process (ref NBS7622659), with just one response received in over 9 weeks! Is there not a case handler or a contact I can actually speak to? The customer experience and communication has been non-existent
