    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide any idea when the payments issue might be resolved please? My partner is stood at a cashpoint waiting to withdraw the money to get to work...he's due there in 3 minutes and the taxi cost is increasing with every minute waiting...thanks
