    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide That is really annoying. I didn’t want a paper statement, I wanted to browse back and save a copy for later. Banks encourage customers to go paperless but then don’t provide full electronic access. I don’t have access to a scanner now I am working from home.

    @AskNationwide I have been on hold for 1 hour and I still waiting for someone to help me. The CHAPS team have gone *** and your managers won't accept calls!!!!!!!! I have someone in the fraud team trying to get someone to take the call!!!

    @AskNationwide have a payment coming in from Ireland. It was sent on Friday. When will this clear? As it’s a SEPA payment, surely this shouldn’t take more than 1 working day??

    @AskNationwide what are normal opening hours for mortgages? Called at 8.34am and was told to recall. But your website says open from 8am?
