    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide It was my fault I didn't understand. It was my fault that I got stuck in between two parties. It was my fault I was a little bit exasperated. Your customer complaints team were without blemish. So you compensated me a little.

    @AskNationwide mortgage overpayment issue in DECEMBER 21 still not resolved as promised spent last hour trying to contact somebody absolute nightmare, and not even my fault, suggest more staff are employed ASAP.

    @AskNationwide Morning, I have standing orders set up to come out today but unfortunately there was an issue with my wages being paid. The money will be in my bank by midnight tonight. will they come out once the money is in or do I need to pay with bank transfer this week?

    @AskNationwide I tried calling but again the automatic operator voice isn't very clear. I can't pop into a branch as there isn't one nearby and I'm currently working from home.
