@AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

@AskNationwide My friend talked to them earlier too just to see what they’re like and they wanted bank transfer payment same as me. I would just appreciate any help and hopefully my money back, I’ve been cheated from my birthday money so I can finally treat myself.

@AskNationwide Your service is horrendous, I have had my account blocked and I've spoken to your customer services agents and they cant get through to the fraud team and keep cutting my call, its disgusting, I can't access my account, you need to sort this, or I will sue you in a small claims

@hennessy_hayley @AskNationwide Exactly what happened to me, my acc got hacked for two month I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply until i got in contact with @champtoolss who got me back in immediately Dm him he should help with yours too

@AskNationwide Is there a problem with Credit card billing? My Select Card statement is usually issued 3rd of the month but, as of 7th, there's no sign of the May statement. What's occurring?
