    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide Tried option 2 and they can’t help, they deal with ‘credit’ cards, this card it a visa ‘debit’…

    @AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?

    @AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

    @AskNationwide why is my Amazon payment not working? I have something like 2 hours before the delivery can't be delivered by the 28th and I have enough money and the card is not frozen. The details in Amazon are correct and it 'orders' before asking me to update my details.

    @AskNationwide Shouldn’t the chat to us feature be a part of the app and not just website? I guess it would involve actually investing in your app and adding features from this century to do that
