    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I canโ€™t find the code can you help please

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

People not been paid their wages, can't afford to buy food, or get their Christmas shopping, and all we are getting are cut and paste vague replies with absolutely no offer of even a rough time frame as to when as can access our own money! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems arenโ€™t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @AskNationwide when will the payments be up and running as my wages are being paid in today. as got no other bank account and got a morrisons home delivery 2moro for food which wont be coming now cause of your systems being down

    @AskNationwide @LORDRCH_ Its absolutely appauling!!!! To keep saying โ€œASAPโ€ is totally unacceptable. These are the fundamental, basic functions of a bank. Go to Natwest. I left Nationwide a few months ago. Best decision. My husband is having this stupid issue today with NW!
