    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide Hi I'm having issues opening up a youth acc for my 16 yr old. The site says "not able to open an account at this time click to see other ways" it's been this way for some time now. My daughter needs an account for a bursary, I don't want to go to another company

    @AskNationwide Yes it was a PayPal direct payment, which should have cleared straight away... I'm worried now at the whereabouts of this payment. I have entrusted nationwide by switching via CASS and you've let me down.. what are you going to do about it?

    @AskNationwide They said I must give them 3 weeks to search for a test but after 3 weeks will be after my test and I said this but they still wouldn't give refund. I really need this refund. I wasn't expecting to find a date on the DVSA site but I just happened to refresh it and find one.

    @AskNationwide I just had an absolutely appalling experience at Nationwide in Banbury. A young lady with very poor customer service skills, unfriendly from the start, very loud, my husband had to ask her to tone it down as everyone in the branch could hear. Unexceptable behaviour
