    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?

    @AskNationwide Hello, I ordered a credit card over 10 working days ago and I still haven’t received it. I start a new job on Monday which I need the card for to pay for travelling but now I won’t be able to get there because of your inadequate service. Trashy Bank

    @AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

    @AskNationwide please can you help. I have a flex regular saver that finished 4th July. I have deposited up to June. Can I put one more on 1st July or have I reached the end. Thanks
