@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

Love the completely useless @AskNationwide text saying I need to add money to my account within two hours, and I can't access my account without my card reader which is at home, with my computer that I use for internet banking. I'll get home from work in just over 9 hours.
