    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @123jordanwells @AskNationwide That's interesting, looks like one or more of their systems is having an issue with IBM Unix epoch date on their mainframe 🤔 I wonder if that too is affecting the temporary payments/credits queueing system issues they are having today

    Hey, @AskNationwide issues with payments is becoming a regular occurrence. I have a payment due to come out, and need the payment I transferred from @StarlingBank at 7AM this morning to show before 2:30PM. Do you have an ETA?

    Been a @AskNationwide customer for over 20 years and the last few months there have been multiple issues with delayed payments. Disappointing service guys! Looks like I’ll be moving to a bank that can offer a better service. #Nationwide

    @AskNationwide received a text to say I need to pay money in by 2.30pm so DD’s can be paid, I assume Nationwide will be allow DD’s seeing as it’s your issue, please can you confirm

    @AskNationwide Only discovering this by getting late payment emails from my direct debits?! So clearly standing orders/direct debits are not working normally. I have a payment that was supposed to go out on the 21st Feb and still hasn't been paid apparently?!

    @AskNationwide You had supposedly resolved these issues two months ago but still today we can't send payments digitally. It's time to stop pretending you're a bank and go back to being an over the counter building society.
