    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Still an apology doesn't do much, with late payments which ends up destroying my credit. Sick of this bank always having problems. I think I will be changing in the new year.

    @AskNationwide yesterday when your system. Messed up I tried to make several payments that didn't work but you still took the amounts a pending you took over 150 pending now I have no way to access that what's happening

    @AskNationwide Hi I can't withdraw money from the ATM because it says my card type isn't supported this is very strange and the banking app won't let me login it says can't set up banking app so I can't access my money what Is happening?

    @AskNationwide I did this yesterday, live chat are unable to help as they do not have access to chaps payments...at least thats what they told me

    @AskNationwide Definitely not working normally!Sending bank can provide date and time payment hit Nationwide,Nationwide saying no knowledge of it. Even offered the reference no but staff on phone said there isnt the facility to search on reference numbers. Guessing it's formal complaint route

    @AskNationwide The damage is done so you can’t really help. I hope your company learns from this and puts in place measures to either stop this happening again and have more transparency for your customers/members when it all comes on top.

    @AskNationwide so mortgage interest rates have risen, other interest rates have risen, but interest rate on my help to buy stays at 1% when it was originally 2.4% at the time I opened it. Explain?

    @AskNationwide STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WHEN THEY CLEARLY HAVE NOT! A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL WAITING ALL BEFORE CHRISTMAS FFS SORT IT OUT!
