@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide I wasn’t aware of this issue and from what I’ve seen on line neither is a lot of your online phone users. May I suggest an email drop to all to explain this situation as like myself, people will be in the dark and complaining. Thanks
