@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@RosieMacD1 @AskNationwide I later received a text saying to call +441793656789. Somebody swiftly answered and looked into the problem. The solution was to report my card as stolen. Which I could have been told when the issue first arose. In what circumstances is that not the solution?

@AskNationwide I’ve just transferred my ‘continue to save’ account money into a fixed rate 1 year account. In my accounts page now nothing is showing. That a/c is now £0 and the new a/c isn’t showing. Please help!!

@AskNationwide Hello. I’m trying to set up your banking app on iPad. Used to work, but now the registration process doesn’t complete. No problem on my iPhone, and no problem with online banking. I live in France, no UK address or mobile number. Please can you explain?

@AskNationwide Hi - why is your iOS app deteriorating? It randomly tells me I am logged out but the login button and whole app is frozen until I close and reopen it. Then it takes (relatively) ages to establish a connection even before face ID (security). Irksome.

@AskNationwide Are your Debit Card Security team 24/7 like the website says, trying to fix a blocked guard but been on the phone for over an hour (call has been terminated twice by the automated answer machine). Not helpful when my card is blocked and no text message etc about it
