    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    I have been a customer with @AskNationwide for well over 20 years but I’ve never felt less valued as a customer. They don’t care at all about the people that bank with them.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for the quick response Kamara! Error message reads: "Sorry, we're unable to show you all your account info at the moment. This also means you're (you'll?) be unable to make payments from some accounts. We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible"

    @Screwfix @AskNationwide after two weeks i’m still having problems trying to place orders using a nationwide card. As soon as it gets to the part where the order goes through it goes to a white square and doesn’t process. Yet works with the Barclay card I’ve got.

    @a_lidwell @AskNationwide @BBCNews I’ve experienced exactly the same as you, first it was my IT issue and they later admitted it was theirs and since keep advising they have no idea when a fix will be implemented!

    @AskNationwide Hi - are there delays with ISA applications? My confirmation said up to 15 working days but you will contact me by email and text during the process. I applied on 18/4 (16 working days) but have heard nothing. I have an application reference screenshot. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide Thank you. It does sound like there is a known IT issue in LSG and it's definitely affecting lots of Nationwide customers (i.e. not just me). The fact that something this fundamental persists after 9 months clearly means it's not getting the focus it needs.
