@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide It’s a shame you didn’t think to ‘be kind’ when I rang to tell you my marriage had broke down. The staff’s words to me where ‘well if you can’t pay your mortgage we’ll repossess your house’. No offer to help. In the end a rival offered me a mortgage and you cost me £2000 to leave

@AskNationwide Maybe make it so you can change your pronouns on your bank to mr,miss,mrs of at least mx. You said last year you would make it happen. Yet all my friends in the trans community have had massive issues. Apparently I guess to you it does matter if you’re a boy or a girl.
