@AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide 2/2 Person had no idea what the problem was. No reference in letter or call to me having a text on 28.1 that I had responded to. Line went dead. No call back. Presume there is no actual concern about my card? Feel sorry for call handler!

Why on earth would @AskNationwide's 'Previous Statements' downloadable PDF's not be presented like the current statements page on site? The absolute madness of not being able to convert them cleanly to .CSV, let alone directly copy and paste is absurd. Happy Friday.
