    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @samuel_dubs @AskNationwide They are saying they did with a service message in app but they didn’t notify me I’ve got screen shots to prove this!!!! And I’ll be complaining. Money transferred last night to halifax and it’s still not there I need it ASAP before midday if it will be midday god knows when :(

    @AskNationwide New card not arrived. Nationwide said card sent 17 May. They stopped this card and said a new one would be sent out in 7-10 working days (10th June) and should be with me by 21st. Original card arrived on 11th June but has now been cancelled. No card has arrived

    @AskNationwide I sent payment to my other account to cover my Tesco shopping payment, will not get my food now as I won’t have enough money due to your maintenance, I had no warning prior to me making payment at 11am you were to stop payments? You told me at 12 which didn’t help

    @AskNationwide iPhone 11 - it was working 2 days ago! If I delete and re-install will I have to re-enter all passwords and pins etc?
