    @AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

    @AskNationwide @NationwidePress please let your IT team know: Your HTML email has broken images. It looks like you're trying to load insecurely (i.e., http not content no longer permitted by most browsers. And rightly so. Please ensure even metadata is encrypted.

    @AskNationwide Yes I have. I have tried multiple devices. The man who I spoke to on the phone told me the system is down and placed me on hold to find out when it would be fixed then hung up on me

    @AskNationwide how is it OK to leave someone for at least 3 weeks with no bank card? No access to money, and bills/subscription have now stopped. To make it even worse your customer service is an absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide This isn’t the issue - I want the switch to be stopped as I won’t qualify for the cash back which is the whole reason I did it! Your literature says I can cancel 7 days before the switch but apparently this is not the case?

    @AskNationwide Why do you block a credit card and not reactivate it when you try to make another purchase confirming it through the app. Currently you go through the process of making the purchase, confirm in the app, only to have it refused. What a waste of time

    @AskNationwide What if I had one of these products in the last 12 months but closed it down. Would you still class me as new if I opened one again tomorrow?
