    @AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

    Started chat with @AskNationwide about missing card at 11.53. Still on it still not dealt with 🤡 as a new customer I’m having regrets. But they also won’t close it. Avoid them

    @AskNationwide all afternoon to try and pay a bill, branch won’t/can’t help. The chat facility has repeatedly asked me the same questions for hours and I’m no further forward. At this point I can only describe the service as beyond dire #poorservice

    @AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

    @AskNationwide Your phone and web chat teams haven’t been very good in the past and it’s taken Tracy M to get things sorted last time o had issues that the web and phone teams didn’t sort !

    @AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

    @AskNationwide Hello, I tried to visit your stevenage branch recently in the afternoon and the atms were both switched off and the branch had shut early. Please could you let know if the atms were switched off due to issues as it was an inconvenience to me
