    @AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @sailwithrob @AskNationwide In 1997 I was racing from Cape Town to Salvadore. Ten days out HSBC blocked a purchase of paint, wallpaper and other stuff in Johannesburg not that they could contact me. I was glad that they did. Your problem is with the validation and contact. Good luck.

    Bah! Email from @AskNationwide saying to check the app has my correct address. I discovered in the app I can set "how we'll greet you when logging in"! So I tried changing it to "O master Stuart, Lord of the Land" but there's apparently a "technical problem" preventing it. Hmph.

    @AskNationwide hello. Please can you let me know what happens if I pay a mortgage product fee up front and then the purchase falls through before exchange of contract (problem with survey). Is the product fee refunded back to me? Thank you.
