@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

  • colin12269 Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, England

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide I understand that your customers cannot use an overseas mobile number? As seemingly your system will only accept UK mobiles, is that correct? How are you assisting your UK customers with this issue?

  • stillphone Nerd (@stillphone) reported

@AskNationwide Both. Crashes every time I try to set up a new payee. The message is you have technical problems!

  • angeladimmock1 Mrs Dimmock (@angeladimmock1) reported

@AskNationwide Thank you. Have forwarded to her but can anyone help her for moving house on 4 August? Not her fault your web site isn't working and giving out the wrong information

  • Fluffjig Sarah (@Fluffjig) reported

@AskNationwide I did this yesterday and I was told you had no record of my complaint. This morning I have been told you have no record of my conversation with your complaint team yesterday. I've tried so hard to speak to someone who can help. Please have someone from your complaint team call me

  • VickyRoberts_23 Vicky Roberts (@VickyRoberts_23) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks, but your customer service team aren’t working now, so seems a little pointless.

  • StuHolmes73 Stuart Holmes (@StuHolmes73) reported

@AskNationwide Your 1-Yr Triple Access saver accounts are described as variable interest but you keep starting new issues of this account rather than upping the 'variable' rate. Hoping existing customers stay on low rates?

  • LeakeKaren1 Karen Leake (@LeakeKaren1) reported

@AskNationwide There seems to be nothing secure about messaging&contact systems. All I& other members need is our decent& honest, Nationwide Building Society back, fair and square, with accurate and proper customer service complying with all financial rules regulations and LAWS.

  • johneharvey john harvey (@johneharvey) reported

@AskNationwide And now I’ve been told that I’ll have to wait 5 working days for my query (insufficient interest paid) to get a response. Very unsatisfactory

  • lynnlewis771 L.Lewis (@lynnlewis771) reported

    @HenryPryor @AskNationwide Wow down £400 woopee 📉🤪

  • ThatHollowGuy Jack 🏳️‍🌈 (@ThatHollowGuy) reported

@AskNationwide My payments aren't going through for unknown reason, my card is still valid and I have no other issues. Why is this?
