    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

    @Morrisons @AskNationwide I can still not checkout with my Nationwide card. Only on Morrison’s website. I have had everything checked with my bank and there are no issues with my card or account.

    @AskNationwide How do I restrict payments to gambling sites. Through depression and boredom, I have spent a silly amount of money on an online game... Namely Coinmaster. I've removed my Nationwide card as a payment method on google pay, but keep re-adding it when I feel down. 🙏

    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.
