How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Logged a formal complaint ref NBS7575250 but I am struggling to figure out why I should stay with the bank. Awful 😞
