Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@chrisbl1984 @AskNationwide What gets me is until 5.30am there's nothing on the app saying issues then here its copy &paste nothing wrong answers too that's taken hours to admit they are having problems, this short delay 5 hours later answer where its usually by 12.30 wages etc are in account just a joke !

@AskNationwide payments are broken AGAIN?!!! I literally get paid today and need it for my bus in an hour, why are you the only bank who keeps pay from customers 🙃 never mind all my direct debits today 🙃
