Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I did say there were 4 members of staff and I was the only customer- one member of staff shouted at me repeatedly, another told me my dog was not allowed, another tried to ask me what was the problem, another stayed silent

@AskNationwide I got an alert from a credit score website that someone reactivated my nationwide account yesterday I never deactivated any accounts and as far as I know I only have one which I use for my help to buy ISA. What should I do
