Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, EnglandHi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Ziad Roving-Reporter (@ZiRovinReporter) reported@AskNationwide Hi Nathan. I’ve already been complaining since Thursday and your fraud team never got back to me. Shelly Lopezespejo (@chelllopez) reported@AskNationwide despite being a loyal customer for over 30yrs got letter yesterday saying my overdraft is being removed with a months notice, if I go into payment plan it affects credit rating. Disgusting treatment, am livid and will be leaving you!!

Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.
-
John Laughlin (@easylec) reported@AskNationwide Great new offer for fixed rate bond for existing customers. Is this offer available in an isa? This would help your loyal customers save paying tax on hard earned cash savings.
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Soft Touch (@baghcat) reportedHey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

Big D 🏴🇦🇺🇪🇺🏴☠️ (@Dmw84) reported@AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

Ron Winn (@RonsRant) reported@AskNationwide A simple question [no personal details] AskNationwide & I have. You want AI to help me. Is it capable? The answer is Yes or No. A techical question which AI is unlikely to be capable of answering.

Mark (@MARKAFN) reported@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?
