Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Hi, I changed my direct debit details for my mortgage payments from my HSBC account to my NBS account via a form on your website. The DD has disappeared from my HSBC app but hasn’t yet appeared on my NBS app and the payment is meant to go out on 4th 😬😬

@AskNationwide I’m afraid you’ve lost a young customer today. She will be closing her FlexOne account and opening a debit account with another bank. You make it so difficult and she spent half an hour on the phone and got exactly nowhere. In branch is useless too.
