    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @AskNationwide @RC10177936 I just sent two bank transfers, neither of which have appeared in destination accounts. This haven’t been resolved. Faster payments aren’t working.
