@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Obviously nationwide don't care about existing customers. I will be transferring my current account in the coming weeks! Pretty piss poor customer service really. I've been a customer since they took over the Anglia BS and were the Nationwide Anglia. Well your choice. Bye bye.

@AskNationwide @proogs Do you support .info email domains?

@AskNationwide Thanks, though the message actually began "I was chatting with you last night via the livechat system about the letter you received." which suggests it came via the online chat support person rather than IT! It'd be good to know if the emails bounced back or weren't even sent.

@proogs @AskNationwide I was getting those same letters. Support told me it was because I hadn't filled in an email address in one section of the site (I think credit card) - I fixed that and the letters stopped. My email address is also at my own .net domain.

@AskNationwide Don’t worry, I’ve sent a formal complaint but I doubt anything would be done because you’re all useless. 3 and a half months you have been stringing me about back and forth from the back and I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years. Absolutely ridiculous .

@AskNationwide Can’t set up on line banking as it’s not recognising the codes I used during set up. I need to know what the issue is with the transfer. If it’s stopping the £200 incentive then I want to stop the set up.

@AskNationwide You are my account provider; why do you think I am sending these tweets to Nationwide? @Debbiecrosbie1, you know, I pay Nationwide every month for this customer service; its hilarious, right; I pay for this!
