Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

@AskNationwide I’m having a little difficulty getting through to a person on the automated system. It tells me to use the website, app, or local atm

Absolutely disgraceful service from @AskNationwide this morning. Their system took two payments for rent, one of them was completely absent on the online banking system and the earliest they can fix their mess is a week. Absolutely laughable, I will be swapping to another bank.

@AskNationwide Beautiful service. i called 3 times and 3 times your colleagues hanged up on me 15 seconds in the call without saying a word. If you don t like me as a client just say it - I will bring my business and all my friends’ elsewhere.

@AskNationwide Hi! I applied to open a second joint FlexAccount with you at the start of May. I received a text saying ‘Paperwork has been sent to you...’ - but it is now nearly June and we have received nothing? Help? I can provide a reference number if needed?

@AskNationwide when do you expect your iOS app to be fixed? It’s been down all day??

@AskNationwide The account. The fact one of your support agents didn't understand why being unable to see scheduled payments online would be funny, if we weren't down nearly a grand due to your system's shortcomings.

@AskNationwide It's a shame that the nationwide call centre isn't open later than 6 to call you about issues such as this, as these are pending and could be stopped...
