@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

  • colin12269 Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, England

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

  • kyriacou1 julie kyriacou (@kyriacou1) reported

@AskNationwide absolutley appauled at how nationwide have treated my daughter today, failed her when she needs the support the most getting ready to head to university and failed by the bank she's been with for 6 years what happened to customer service #@AskNationwide

  • SaffEdit Abi Saffrey (@SaffEdit) reported

@AskNationwide I can't see my accounts on online banking either, so I don't think it's an app issue. And that wouldn't explain why I can't make card payments either.

  • FanofGodfather The Boss (@FanofGodfather) reported

@AskNationwide It was a sole Flexaccount. Going to branch isn't a problem, I would have preferred a warning to say if you skip the ID part then you would need to go into branch.

  • Eddie57464055 Eddie (@Eddie57464055) reported

@AskNationwide @GormleySean Don’t bother Sean. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours trying to speak about the same issue. They are useless.

  • lizmelles Liz Riddell (@lizmelles) reported

@AskNationwide I contacted you Friday to get access to my mortgage online, was due an email / text Saturday, not received anything. Can you assist?

  • royezzel kojogn (@royezzel) reported

@AskNationwide Don’t ignore your personal and academic problems. Problems will often get worse if they are not directly addressed. Procrastination in any of its many forms can lead to a small problem getting much worse. Get help when you need it. Speak to your course instructors #FlexStudent

  • mumofboys27 💜 Laura anne 💜 (@mumofboys27) reported

@AskNationwide #FlexStudent best thing I ever did was get a slow cooker. Being strapped on cash and time for cooking. You can stick on a meal that morning and have it ready for the end of the uni day. Saved me alot of time and cleaning up and more important ££'s as could freeze left overs

  • AdvancedRealism Patrick (@AdvancedRealism) reported

@AskNationwide Buy an air fryer. More healthy and easier to clean / maintain than pans. Uses less oil too so keeps costs down!

  • FanofGodfather The Boss (@FanofGodfather) reported

@AskNationwide Hi I've opened an account but couldn't provide a copy of my ID as no camera on my pc, can I upload it once when I can login to the account or is it possible to do it via the banking app ? Thanks
