Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

@AskNationwide How are additional credit card holders supposed to use the additional verification service? The verification request comes to me and is invariably late or then declined.

@AskNationwide Thank you Jo, I am presume you would allow a coin deposit if a customer was to go overdrawn, rather than refusing the coins if the exact denomination on the money bag is not achieved.

@AskNationwide Hi, the last few times I’ve tried my card using contactless and chip and pin the retailer’s machines won’t work. Thinking the card’s broken. I looked on the app to report this, however can only find an option for reporting lost or stolen cards. What shall I do?
