How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Paul Oxley (@po29) reported@AskNationwide I’ve been a FlexPlus holder for longer than I can remember but now considering cancelling it. Benefits are being watered down and then your travel insurance provider only works part time days - it’s taking over a month to process a small loss claim!!
