@admiralross2400 @AskNationwide @saraheds123 Couldn't agree more. I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all they have done is send a generic reply. Its shameful and disgusting in how they are handling that with no offer of support.

There are no updates, just a static message that should be pinned to your Twitter account and be posted on your website homepage. That would save a lot of cutting and pasting into tweets. @AskNationwide if the payment situation is not sorted by tonight I am going to be without my Christmas shop delivery & as of 10am tomorrow morning I am going to be without gas and electricity as unable to access my wages to top up! WHAT IS GOING ON!? No generic responses here✋🏻
