    @AskNationwide Seriously! We are now hours later, still not working, useless generic response! I’m gutted seeing some of the tweets on here! What type of bank makes changes to their operating system a few days before a major spending holiday! Muppets - compensate people it’s your fault!

    @AskNationwide so at time of writing my wages can’t be put into my account but DD’s & SO’s can still come out? In order to pay these I need funnily enough my wages? If this issue is not resolved will @AskNationwide be covering fees for late payments etc?

    @AskNationwide is there compensation being offered to your customers who have suffered due to your incompetence... You have caused serious amounts of stress in an already stressful time... Lost hundreds if not thousands of customers due to pathetic customer service..

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide why dont you actually answer your customers questions instead of using Ctrl+v all day and dodging them maybe if you actually told people what was going on, what kind of issue it is AND why you dont have a time estimate u wouldn't have a huge mob ready to leave you

    @AskNationwide 12hrs down the line and we still can’t use our accounts properly and then to sit and say as a company no end time! Shocking to say the least
