@AlixTraynor2 @AskNationwide Customer service is not what Nationwide are interested in - the CEO is not interested in serving customers. Consequences do not matter to this badly run organisation. It’s not run for members

@AskNationwide Your phone line is not working. Been trying to contact customer services for 90 mi Ute's but it cuts out instead of ringing. Same with your international line. My mobile works perfectly with other banks. What's the matter?

@AskNationwide Thanks Emi I'll do that. I have raised a complaint already with AA but it can take up to 8 weeks for a response. Doesn't help while I have no car. I'm not interested in an apology from them. I just need a car.

@AskNationwide Hi there, I'm trying to open a new ISA online and when I confirm my details are correct I am given an error: "Something's gone wrong" "a technical issue that wasn't your fault". I tried it previously over the weekend and the same thing is happening today. Thanks!

  • realcaleballen Caleb Allen (@realcaleballen) reported
