@AskNationwide why do your phone lines take you through all the options, make you go through various security questions only to say at the end that lines are closed at weekends, why not state this at the start of the process rather than wasting time for the customer?

@AskNationwide I cannot access funds from my Instant access savings account. Says technical issue and says systems are working normally at the same time. Which is it? I’ve never tried to move funds before, so this is stressful

Been a @AskNationwide customer for over 20 years, yet because I didn’t have over £100 in one of their savings accounts (despite having considerable payments in and out of one of a nationwide account I’ve held since I was 5) I’m not eligible for a fairer share… Truly fair…
