You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!

Robstar 🚀 (@roballport) reported@AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤

I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
