@AskNationwide @lewispickles0 I think you'll find you do have an issue because ive been getting the same message. Same yesterday too except yesterday it let me get as far as passing security. Seems 1 hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Shocking service lately .

@AskNationwide I know you don't want your appalling customer service ***** washing aired on social media, and you'd rather I was kept on hold on the phone while I wait for someone in a call centre to fob me off, so I'll give it a miss thanks.

@AskNationwide When I try to login to online banking it says "Sorry we can't log you in at the moment" "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it". Can you confirm if there's definitely an issue that is known and being worked on please?

@AskNationwide my DD for my Nationwide Hom ins has not been collected on the 1/3/22. I’ve just been informed that the payment was rejected! I would not cancel my home ins policy without reason and the funds are there to collect. getting frustrated with NW issues, pls respond asap

@AskNationwide so we couldn't get payments in or out on 28/02,yesterday we could get as far as the log in page but then got error messages & today now its a "we cant log you in"message.What is wrong with your bank lately?. Youre causing so many people so much stress its unfair

Their OWN guidance from @AskNationwide says ”we only request an EWS1 form on buildings up to 18m when there are significant concerns over remediation costs and human safety" - but they request them on low buildings with no issues and so no chance of even getting a form - catch 22
