@AskNationwide @HairyMonkeyGor1 Jesus… You’ve gone royally down in my estimation if you work with Stonewall. Take a look around you as to who is leaving them in their droves.

@AskNationwide Nick, I'm not holding out for much. Already been given pretty daft, unhelpful responses. You can check with reference 00003960252. Tired of the rubbish. Clearly, customer protection isn't part of your offering.

@Visa & @AskNationwide between these two, completely useless! No customer protection at all, dump them as soon as you get the chance. They're in cahoot with dodgy merchants to fleece customers. Flaming useless, shoddy service, zero customer protection.

@AskNationwide Hi there, a Nationwide customer sent me a payment at 8:30pm and still hasn’t reached my account. Concerned as it was a sale of an item. Are there problems with payments at the moment?

@firstdirect hey. So I hate @AskNationwide because they think PTSD isn't a good enough reason to help with my overdraft. I see you offer 0% on overdrafts of £250 and less. Would you consider helping a new customer so he can pay of the debt?
