@AskNationwide trying to complete an online personal loan via the app and online banking and the website is not working correctly. I cannot complete the details or go to the next page? I have opened the online banking via all browsers and this issue persists!!

@AskNationwide Hi Emma no. Via the app on my mobile when hitting next there is no new page the next page you have to scroll down the screen and across to the right. However you then cannot complete anything further. Via any browser once the 1st page is complete no new page appears

@AskNationwide Been a customer since a child, had loans and credit cards products paid on time and finished but still nationwide was the worst offer of all the banks and building societies

@AskNationwide Thanks for replying. Obviously a corporate response that didn’t answer my question but that is what you are instructed to do. I’m not asking you to comment, but it’s not a good look for mutuality when shareholder run banks are giving their customers a better service.....

@AskNationwide hi, my PIN is currently locked as i forgot it (but now remember) but can't unlock it at an ATM as i am currently abroad (even though i should be able to use the card internationally). are you able to help with this as i need to access my internet banking?

@AskNationwide Hi do you still accept pay in slip over the counter? My mother went to the bank to deposit some money on my account which she normally do and she was advised that she would not be able to in the future without my bank card? We both have nationwide account. Help

@AskNationwide Someone just called me and asked me to call back on 0800 464 3051, but it doesn't appear on the Nationwide website. How do I know it is genuine?
