    @AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

    @AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

    Maybe if @AskNationwide actually told its members what the issues are being caused by instead of providing the same copy paste answer, people would be a lot more understanding.

    @PhilipSimons18 @AskNationwide It is I spent 45 mins on hold, when I got through they couldn’t do anything but the agent said, eveb they have no idea, they hadn’t had an update for 2 hours, and had just been told to tell ppl “money will go through when it’s fixed” he said he wishes he could help but couldn’t

    @AskNationwide hi my partners account is now minus £51 as a payment has gone out, but I had transferred money to it today to cover it but didn’t show, what happens if this isn’t fixed by tomorrow? Surely there will not be any charges on this as this is a tech issue

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide why dont you actually answer your customers questions instead of using Ctrl+v all day and dodging them maybe if you actually told people what was going on, what kind of issue it is AND why you dont have a time estimate u wouldn't have a huge mob ready to leave you

    @AskNationwide 12hrs down the line and we still can’t use our accounts properly and then to sit and say as a company no end time! Shocking to say the least
