@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

I transferred a credit card balance to @Barclays on a 0% deal. Barclays somehow paid @AskNationwide twice, leaving my card in credit. I was advised that they'll need to do a Credit Balance Refund. Three weeks later, the issue remains unresolved #which #bankingbrand #totaljoke

@AskNationwide I ordered a replacement for my bank card (sort code 07-02-46) pn Monday. It's now Friday, post has been and it's still not arrived. Terrible service. Shame on you for leaving customers in limbo for so long...could be Monday now before it arrives.

@Barclays @AskNationwide As of today, I’ve just come off the phone with yet another representative @AskNationwide who has “reprocessed” the request again and promised the funds within 3–5 working days. I have zero confidence this will happen.
