@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide After I told them my Mum was dead they canceled all access to the account - standard practice. Showing the Death Certificate was supposed to start the process of sending me forms to transfer account. That was 3 weeks ago.

@AskNationwide Hi - some of your interest rates on savings accounts have gone up recently but my Help to Buy ISA is still at 1.75%. Are there any upcoming plans to raise the rates for these as well?
