    @AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

    @AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

    @AskNationwide we've just opened a new joint acnt due to Tesco Bank closing but are having issues setting up the switch. The verification page just keeps reloading both using the card reader or the passcode. I tried calling but the telephone banking is closed. Most frustrating.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, so this only applies to trips that were cancelled - if they were booked during this period but do go ahead now, we are covered for Covid-related issues? (e.g. If we test positive before departure/whilst away)

    @AskNationwide I can’t see my balance that’s the problem. I don’t know what I can can’t spend. My sainsburys cash machine isn’t working so couldn’t get a balance so didn’t even attempt to get fuel or food so thanks for that.

    @AskNationwide your app is still not working since IOS 15 update. This is really not acceptable when developer versions have been available for months now. Can you please stop pretending nothing is wrong. Go to App Store & sort reviews by most recent, many people having issues.

    @AskNationwide We have a holiday booked to a destination that's coming off the red list. It was originally booked in Nov 19 for April 20 & has been postponed/rebooked multiple times, most recently in May this year. Does our insurance cover us for Covid-related issues?

    @AskNationwide This issue is beyond a joke now. It’s been weeks, I get I’m using a Beta, buts it only a incremental one, so there are no significant changes, just bug fixes. If by the end of the day I still can’t access my account, it’ll be getting closed tomorrow. Your choice!
