@AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

@AskNationwide Have a very simple question to ask, which doesn't feature on your website or on telephone options. How do I get an answer seeing as you closed my branch last year? #nationwide

@AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Maybe if @AskNationwide actually told its members what the issues are being caused by instead of providing the same copy paste answer, people would be a lot more understanding.

Word of warning - NEVER be tempted to rely on your banks breakdown service. We pay for European recovery through @AskNationwide. After breaking down 13 days ago, being left stranded, paid for repairs that weren't done so we broke down again now at Folkestone to find they lied.

@AskNationwide Do you know allow regular payments to go out on the last [working] day of each month? Because if it’s set to the 30/31st, February doesn’t like it!! It should be a simple thing to do!

@AskNationwide A complaint to why I can’t spend my own money on what I want and invest it into Binance. As I can’t I will be moving banks now. Anyways back to work for me. Call missed. Due to working hours that you have not taken into consideration.

@AskNationwide are there issues with banking as we have two separate pending payments showing that have already been taken (so these pending payments are duplicates) which has now taken the account overdrawn by a substantial amount!

@AskNationwide Not the issue. My old account closes on Tuesday and I still don’t have my current account opened and switch in place. I’ve rung every day for 3 weeks and have been waiting for a call back since Friday to let me know why it’s not opened yet and to confirm it will be sorted.
