@AskNationwide Have a very simple question to ask, which doesn't feature on your website or on telephone options. How do I get an answer seeing as you closed my branch last year? #nationwide

@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide Can you tell us why the system has failed so much? Its getting quite concerning now, I don't want to move banks, been with you all my life and never had any problems so why has this started to happen so often? Thank you

@AskNationwide I needed my customer number but I've managed to find it now - your site says 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, might want to update the hours (I was looking on contact page, under online banking)

@AskNationwide it's laughable that your systems are down...again...again...again. Quick question, after dealing with the ghost cheque payments that you'd ring-fenced on my account, any idea how I can pay my cc bill, seeing as you can't process the 3ds2 initiation attempt?

@AskNationwide Do you even bother to read replies, I've read it and other than indulging hidden disability customers lanyards absolutely nothing in there would of been any help today.

@AskNationwide a standing order still hasn’t gone into our account today & 3 direct debits have now been returned - what’s going on? (And please don’t say everything is working normally…)
