    @AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

    @AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

    @AskNationwide My card has stopped working & I need a replacement. I can’t find anyway of doing this using online banking, so I have to phone. Your website clearly says your phone lines are open “7 days a week, 8am to 6pm”, but after going through security it says they’re closed

    @AskNationwide @lottiethearian You are incorrectly advising people to go through to the wrong team. Iv had the same issue with all my cards being blocked. Went through to the number you have advised above and been told it’s the wrong team and they can’t help. Very frustrating for someone who was already on

    @AskNationwide 1) After having mortgage funds be promised to be released yesterday Nationwide have failed to deliver for my house move on Monday. After calling the correct number I was told ‘this will cause me to go into overtime’ and was passed to a different team who could not help.

    @AskNationwide 4) You have left me in an awful situation where I have to pack my house up over the weekend with no certainty we have the funds to complete the move. Someone should be able to update me as to what is wrong and if it will be fixed by Monday morning
