@AskNationwide hi there, just looked into this. it doesn;t seem to show my name or address on the current statement. problem i have is i have switched to you and my ISA needs to see the statement to make it my nominated bank account.

@AskNationwide @SamsungUK Had my Visa card removed from Samsung Pay at 2am last night - now when I try to add it back, I get an error message saying "card information not valid". It was working fine up until now, not sure what the problem is? Nationwide still shows as supported.

@AskNationwide Just opened a savings account on the app, its an instant access one, it's not a ISA. Just didn't think they'd have a cap. He's only 16 if that has anything to do with it

@AskNationwide my mortgage is due for renewal haven't anything from you. Was on hold for 15 mins to be told Nationwide transferred me to another mortgage company? Appalling service! What to do next to speak to someone helpful??
