Hey @AskNationwide I’ve just been forced to drive miles to the nearest branch to pay a cheque in, as you closed my local one, only to find it unexpectedly shut and the cash point not working!! The Post Office don’t take cheques either. How am I expected to access my account??

@AskNationwide Your mobile app keeps crashing. It has been doing so ever since I joined the bank. Never had problems with the Halifax app and I regret switching now. From an exasperated customer, FIX YOUR BLUDDY APP!!!! How difficult can it be???
