@AskNationwide If you’re 15.1 or higher, the app won’t load due to it thinking it’s still BETA…I have the same issue, going to have to wait until the app is updated

@AskNationwide This issue is beyond a joke now. It’s been weeks, I get I’m using a Beta, buts it only a incremental one, so there are no significant changes, just bug fixes. If by the end of the day I still can’t access my account, it’ll be getting closed tomorrow. Your choice!

@Woodlands86 @Richardmcfc @AskNationwide You chose to install beta software and shouldn't expect support. I'm running 15.1 and can't access my accounts, same boat as you. Three ideas of the beta is to give developers time to update their app before it goes live. NW rushing an update will lead to security holes.

@AskNationwide trying to access my banking app and it is saying there is no account to display. Is this due to the maintenance work? I am currently relying on Apple Pay as I am waiting for a replacement card
