@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

@AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues

@AskNationwide Evening guys, I've just had a "technical issue which wasn't my fault" message when trying to apply/open an account. Are you able to help me with this or point me to the correct team or number please. Cheers Craig

@AskNationwide Hi Emm, the managing cards/contactless feature isn't working on the app. Is there another way to do it?

@AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

@AskNationwide Do you have a chat facility on line? Don't have access to a phone.

    Gillian Perris (@GillianPerris) reported

@AskNationwide I've been on hold on the phone for an hour and on hold with a chat bot for 30 mins who then cut me off and still no answer to my question. Poor customer services. Any ideas how I can speak to a real person to answer my simple question?

@GuruGryff @AskNationwide Martin Lewis always recommends First Direct for their customer service.
