@AskNationwide hi. I have tried to use the app to report that I have mislaid my bank card to request a replacement. When I get so far it asks me to verify my identity using the lost card in the card reader. Obviously I can’t do that as it’s lost. Help!!

@AskNationwide are there issues with services? Can't login on the app, phoned the number as shown but then informed that the service wasn't working. Service status page shows all as OK. Which is correct?
