@jimmyb03 @jessyjensen @AskNationwide That's not any good is it, "how long is a piece of string", you could wait and have waited long enough they should stump up what should be in your account , bet they would be quick enough chasing down the payment then.x

@AskNationwide Getting to the end the end of tether now. Banked with Nationwide for over 30 years with reasonable satisfaction but repeated recent issues, along with a resolute determination not to partner with the Post Office for convenient deposits is making me seriously consider a change.

@AskNationwide @DebraPearce36 Not working normally. My husband on phone atm being told it’s ‘an IT problem’ I suggest you cut the bullshit and try some honesty. You don’t know what’s happened or how to deal with it. Meanwhile, show some consideration.

Hi @AskNationwide - can I ask when your issues are going to be resolved as a sum I transfer from another account has not arrived yet in my Nationwide account (sent yesterday) and is required to pay a direct debit? A direct debit today from the same account has arrived. Odd.

@AskNationwide So I have spoken to @NatWest_Help and have told them you are trying to blame them for your problem/errors. I have confirmation the money was paid into nationwide account and have a FP ref to confirm. Still not showing in my nationwide account though.

@AskNationwide Hi. I'm trying to contact you to ask that my home insurance policy does not renew at the end of the month but I cannot get through at all. I'm also unable to cancel online. Would you be able to help me at all? Thanks.

@AskNationwide I had sent money to cover it absolutely shoddy. Definitely changing banks to ones that offer more perks and reliable service.
