@AskNationwide disappointed to be on hold for 30 mins regarding discussing a credit card matter. Very poor customer service. Especially after I originally got through to someone and they just passed the buck back to the automated waiting. Think I'll shop elsewhere in future...

@AskNationwide Asking me to log a complaint doesn’t help me: Shower, use the toilet, cook, wash clothes, feed my dog. @AskNationwide Disgusting misinformation on your policy sales website. “Repair” doesn’t mean repair. Feels like fraud.

MAJOR disappointment with @AskNationwide insurance today. Paid for emergency home cover, offering 24hr, 365 day support for “repairs”. Apparently turning off the water supply to stop a leak is a ‘repair’. Feels like fraudulent marketing text on their sales website.

@AskNationwide Thank you for your very prompt reply. I have ordered a replacement card reader. My husband is going to try and replace the batteries if he can find a very tiny screwdriver to remove the screws. If no success I have given him website info to order a new one.

@katebevan @AskNationwide I was considering an experiment, where I ring HSBC, am placed on hold, then get into my car, drive to nearest branch - next borough along - park, pay, walk to branch, queue and see whether the problem is sorted before I finally get speak to someone on the phone.

@AskNationwide Is there any chance someone can respond to my complaint that’s been ongoing for over 2 years? Your customer service and complaint handling is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

@AskNationwide Is that legal? Does not it breach the rules of the payment schemes? What seems to be the underlying problem. Thanks. (btw, I don't feel any safer)

Now stuck in a house with NO WATER SUPPLY and earliest the fault can be ‘investigated’ is 13th Feb. No heating, no water…why bother with insurance? @AskNationwide your service is disgusting
