    @AskNationwide It's getting boring explaining this. I'm not interested in helping to pretend U're interested in "helping" me. U're not. I'm letting people know what your service levels are so they can make an informed decision. The process U want me to follow is yours, & U don't care.

    @AskNationwide Your CEO has my details. U want me to DM to take this out of public sight. U want me to follow your processes so it gives it a veneer of U trying. I just want to warn people of what being a customer of yours looks like. U have caused upset & distress to my family. Ask your CEO.

    @BeccyWoodTV @nickowen Just been told that in 2022 money from a @AskNationwide matured bond can't be transferred electronically But has to come in a cheque, (written with a quill?), that only Head Office can issue Employees in other banks thought this daft
