I am glad that he didnโt just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.
