    @AskNationwide So my flex account card on thin plastic with embossed number obscuring printed text, lovely notch (good idea) and a letter saying it has six dots is an error? Or several errors?

    @CooperativeBank Really next year could be a case of shutting account down @AskNationwide fixed there app within weeks of this issue

    @AskNationwide Deleted and reinstalled - logged in again and it's still stuck in "we seem to be experiencing a technical problem." going to have to switch banks if I can't access mobile banking
