    @AskNationwide Nope that hasn’t worked either .. I’m on iOS 15 beta testing but never had an issue with it till tonight

    @AskNationwide is the banking app down?? Been trying to log in on my iPhone 12 for about an hour now and it just says talking to nationwide .. tried logging out also restarting phone and nothing .. help

    @Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.

    @AskNationwide You have left me and my family completely desperate! We have no help! No food no electric I’m devastated currently sat a neighbours with my 4 children in the hope it’s fixed ASAP,I’m an unfortunate or that has no family or no emergency funds!

    @AskNationwide Not a happy customer at all, I'm awaiting a money transfer, that won't go in, when is this issue going to be rectified? I also have my wages going in tomorrow, are you going to cover all my direct debits if my wages don't get paid in? Already looking at moving my bank account.

    @AskNationwide Online payments not working, authorisation keeps failing. Unacceptable right before Christmas. I'm due to get paid my salary tomorrow - will this impact that money going in?

    @AskNationwide It has been hours now. Hours, with no estimation of timescale to resolve this issue or real explanation as to why this has happened. People want to access their hard-earned money. Please work on this overnight and have it be resolved by tomorrow morning.

    @AskNationwide How long till this is rectified I’ve got all my@direct debits due today they have all bounced due to my wages failing to go in!! Your site says direct debits still work but one needs their money they have worked for to get them paid!
