@cornelius_mark @AskNationwide I have worked for them all and can agree. Plus, they have invested a lot of cash over the past 10 years on improvements. I would suggest that today was a fault rather than an issue with a change.

@AskNationwide So has been sorted now about payments, but your customer service is **** , and most of these people have been customers for years, and loyal , and you are going to lose them.. So should give them something as good will gesture…Ta
