    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide claim that their Twitter is to "update you with Nationwide news" yet they're refusing to post on their about the fact that they have left their customers without access to banking, presumably as they know how bad a failure this is and how it makes them look.

    @AskNationwide why are your payments always delayed. I had a carer booked to help me with shopping. She waited 2 hours but had to go fo another job. Now I still have not recieved my money transfer. I have to pay my carer for her time. And I have no food in.

    @AskNationwide I understand what’s going on the issue is I have bills to pay and and apologising isn’t getting anything paid….. imagine the charges I would receive if I could pay the bank what is owed on time !!
