@AskNationwide @Assurant My daughter has phone insurance with nationwide through your flex plus account. She claimed for a screen repair, sent her phone to your recommended repairer and it has been returned with a broken microphone. She cannot use her phone for phone calls now.

@AskNationwide I have had a reply from your complaints team but the reply was far from satisfactory. Shame you think it is acceptable to set a system that just cuts people off after waiting to be answered for 1 hour. Should have spent the time looking for a more customer focused organisation.
