    @AskNationwide is the banking app down?? Been trying to log in on my iPhone 12 for about an hour now and it just says talking to nationwide .. tried logging out also restarting phone and nothing .. help

    @AskNationwide Really should not have taken until 34 minutes ago to tweet and pin this. Also no new information? I understand these things happen but a lot of very worried customers deserve relevant and meaningful updates. Not the problem but the lack of info is enough to make me switch banks

    @AskNationwide Not only is your service useless but your staff are being rude to customers on social media, That's the last straw for me so I am leaving asap and have advised others on Facebook to do the same
