I transferred a credit card balance to @Barclays on a 0% deal. Barclays somehow paid @AskNationwide twice, leaving my card in credit. I was advised that they'll need to do a Credit Balance Refund. Three weeks later, the issue remains unresolved #which #bankingbrand #totaljoke

@Barclays @AskNationwide @AskNationwide Each time I had to re-explain the situation, was told it would take 3–5 working days, or that the transfer had failed and was being reprocessed. No follow-up with me, I did all the chasing.

@AskNationwide I'm not sure that will resolve the issue. I need an update on why I can't set up/pay payees on any of my Nationwide app/website. The card reader isn't working, and internet banking is showing errors, same as the app.

@AskNationwide hi nationwide, I raised an issue on your online banking app in the help section and was promised a response within 10 days. It has been 15 now and any time I can’t you it says to wait another 10 days. I am out a lot of money because of an error with your ATM
