@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

In your main server (the 17,000 member one in case you have more servers) you had a list of all the banks you recommended for under 18’s and @AskNationwide was best. After you recently updated it, they are on the avoid list. Why? I was gonna join!

@AskNationwide Trying to adjust credit limit. Both online and app took me through whole process then stopped with message of currently experiencing technical difficulties. No option on phone. Kept on hold then redirected to number I was on! Very poor service!

@MartinSLewis Awful customer care from @AskNationwide. Aranged with one of their mortgage advisors last wk for a meeting tomorrow (earliest date poss to reserve a mortgage rate for Apr 1st) only to recieve an email today saying their T+Cs have changed - now only 4 mnths before 😡
