@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide we have been waiting since 8th Jan for a FlexPlus insurance claim to be reviewed. Being told we are still in the queue and it 'might' be looked at in the next week. Poor service as we are well over £1000 out of pocket.

@AskNationwide It was not mentioned anywhere. It is easy to refund £15 for such a big company like yours. Or would you rather lose a customer? If I won’t get a refund by Friday this week, I’ll make a switch. This situation is not okay, it’s just a rip off.

@AskNationwide They've been told they were going to receive a call. Nothing. Honestly, this poor family are at their wits end and you appear to be doing all you can to wriggle out of covering repairs. What is the point of insurance if you refuse to help? Really appalled.
