    @AskNationwide - I got to it after touching the ‘help’ button online. It did seem to be genuine and their second email to me had the nationwide ‘logo’ on the page which looked genuine. I haven’t lost money from my account do far!

    @AskNationwide I have been trying to put money into my flex instant saver account. however, every time i try and put an amount in it says “your money has not been transferred. the maximum you can pay into your savings account at present is £0.00”. how do i fix this? thank you.

    @AskNationwide 1/2 Scott in your bereavement team has just put through our call to bereavement mortgage team, we spoke to a man who didn't work for Nationwide. There is obviously an issue with your transfers or he has an incorrect telephone number..

    @AskNationwide any way to access my money on a Sunday without card or Apple Pay? I discovered my cards where destroyed when I recovered my wallet from the train station, I declared cards lost via the app.

    @AskNationwide hi I'm waiting for nationwide to refund a direct debit payment that was wrongly taken from my bank. I spoke to Customer service and they said it would reach my account by 6pm tonight, but it still isn't in there. Do you know when this is going to reach me?
