Please, @girlfromafrica at @askNationwide, we are desperately begging for help. We are about to lose everything because of lies & mistakes from Nationwide. No one in Mortgages knows how to help, so they just lie to us and say wait 56 days for outcome of the investigation. HELP!

  • appleeugene Mr Apple (@appleeugene) reported

@TraceyandHarry @AskNationwide I’ve no problem using a card reader, though, if I’ve got my card on my smart phone, perhaps there is another way. But, some won’t have smart phones, so, I think it’s a bit of tech we’ll have around for a while yet, and happy that it does.

  • JamesHa72120811 James Hall🇺🇦🇺🇦 (@JamesHa72120811) reported

@AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!

  • JamesHa72120811 James Hall🇺🇦🇺🇦 (@JamesHa72120811) reported

@AskNationwide It's not the queue it's that no one knows how to help when you get through. I don't believe you don't understand me. I have been clear. If you even read my messages you must understand. You are just reading from the same script as the rest. Shame on you Sherrie

  • Lauritarantan Lau (@Lauritarantan) reported

@AskNationwide I have been eight months waiting for a card to be sent to Spain. Now I can't access my account. Can you do something about this? Thanks

  • EmmaEssexSander Emma Louise Sanders (@EmmaEssexSander) reported

@AskNationwide Where can I find live chat? Is it on the app? I’ve just gone onto the website and can’t see anything on there.

  • SektionUK Reg (@SektionUK) reported

@AskNationwide Maybe help existing customers move home rather than offering them peanuts on new mortgages
