@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

Super impressed that Mrs H has mastered time travel (or maybe @AskNationwide have an issue which causes late night cash withdrawals to be dated in the future) - just watched The Adam Project so who knows...?

@AskNationwide Thanks Emm, I'm very familiar with this now, don't worry, I'll call support... Again 🙄 I've given up on getting this properly sorted, I think until I cancel the account I just have to live with funding someone in Singapore's Netflix 😞

@VariusNefarius @AskNationwide You didn’t have to just repeat your point in more words. If building societies weren’t interested in social issues they would never have existed.

@AskNationwide Respect? How about respect people who use your service instead of charging them money to get their own money out. My friend got charged over £100 for taking her own money out to pay her staff.... Needless to say, she cancelled her account immediately.

@AskNationwide For god sake. This **** again. I don’t understand why a bank thinks it’s customers appreciate being told what’s what by a child. If you’re against this constant lecturing move your Morgauge, switch banks and close accounts. Let’s see how virtuous they are when it costs them cash

@AskNationwide Fantastic equality for all, let's start with the bbc and the money it pays for epl and spfl rights then we can continue down all the broadcasters. Then we can look at the disproportionate lack of support males gets compared to females when things do turn out in football.

@AskNationwide Most people expect a bank to be run by competent adults, Not require children to support their new ideologies!

@AskNationwide It’s a shame you didn’t think to ‘be kind’ when I rang to tell you my marriage had broke down. The staff’s words to me where ‘well if you can’t pay your mortgage we’ll repossess your house’. No offer to help. In the end a rival offered me a mortgage and you cost me £2000 to leave

@AskNationwide Who isn’t getting respect - creating a word salad about respect is not what banks are for. Give Grassroots football money but stop implying we are all terrible people .
