    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Karen - with respect, we’ve tried that and received different information again. It’s not worth our emotional strain, we’re already broken by NW’s systemic incompetence.

    So now I’m back on hold again. Usually it wouldn’t be urgent, but in this case it’s a fixed-term ISA I want to close within the first-14-day grace period, and I will be very very angry if the broken @AskNationwide website and poor customer service actually costs me money. (3/4)

    The phone team told me that I could send a secure message online to close the account. They emailed back saying “here are the step by step instructions to use the website”. The instructions don’t work, which I indicated in my first message to @AskNationwide. (2/4)
