    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide This is ridiculous! I'm at work and transferred money in at 9am to cover DDS, but I had to beg a family member to go and put cash in my account so as not to bounce them! Exactly the same problem as before, I might take my banking elsewhere after being let down twice!

    @AskNationwide This is beyond a joke now, twice in the last 2 weeks you've cost me 4 days, 2 days stuck in limbo unable to access my money and 2 days playing catch up. Ive been banking with you for 6 months and the inconvenience is 100% worse than anything with Halifax in 20 yrs.

    @AskNationwide We cannot use our cards or cashpoint, that is a LIE, If the money isn't showing in our accounts how can we use the cashpoint. Nationwide could have set a temporary fix so we could instead they have left vulnerable people in a dire situation. Sorry does not put food in bellies.

    @AskNationwide paid for flights with British airways, payment has been taken today to the equal amount, but another payment is pending. They’ve taken the total amount in 3 payments but have tried to take a 4th in my pending transactions? Any help regarding this?

    @AskNationwide My wage goes in on a Tuesday, but I worry not over my wage the bank seems to go down every Tuesday,, you think after a few times it has happend they know the problem, but looks like they do not or can not be bothered to fix it.
