Super impressed that Mrs H has mastered time travel (or maybe @AskNationwide have an issue which causes late night cash withdrawals to be dated in the future) - just watched The Adam Project so who knows...?

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

why does @AskNationwide cc never authorize any payments over about £100. I have had a card for years, always pay on time, never had any problems. But any time I try and buy anything significant it gets blocked. To be honest you can have the card back as it is worse than useless

@AskNationwide So, after your kind intervention, I made contact with the security firm who can access the card for me. Either @AIphaBank haven’t confirmed the release of the card yet, or you have had difficulty in speaking with them, maybe?

@AskNationwide Jake I understand you will probably not have the figures to hand.. however dont dismiss my argument as frustration. I can go elsewhere! What I want to see.. as a long term customer, is Nationwide making decisions on hard data/ facts... not 'Media' comments
