@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide I’ve tried that too - there seems to be a glitch. I’ve been using it for a few years and then about 6 months ago i can’t get into the app and have to switch my phone off and on every time. It’s so inconvenient!

Just had the most appalling customer service over the phone @AskNationwide. I told the employee that if they couldn’t solve my problem, I would move all my money to a competitor, and he told me I should. I asked for his name (so I could make a complaint), he then hung up- Awful.
