    @AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

    @AskNationwide You need to open up the iPhone app geography though - Ukrainian refugees can't install it. It only works if iPhone is set up as UK. Android app doesn't have this problem

    @AskNationwide Hi I have a 1 yr triple access account maturing in June this year at 2.5percent. Can I transfer all funds to 1yr fixed term saving at 4 percent? What will happen to the existing interest or will I leave some funds in triple access?

    @AskNationwide How can it be suspicious when I have told you 11 times, over 11 months, that it is a valid transaction. It maybe automated service but the service is clearly broken! If your system is broken, you should fix it!

    @AskNationwide It sounds like you have serious background system issues @AskNationwide and if you cannot facilitate ISA applications then you shouldn’t be offering them on your website, that is misleading and I wonder what the FCA/ FOS would think about that.
