@AskNationwide A page on your website relating to the BoE’s base rate changes states “This change will affect some of our mortgages and savings accounts.” There’s information below this statement on mortgages, but nothing on savings accounts, which is confusing. Please explain?

  • LaurenBritton1 LaurenBritton (@LaurenBritton1) reported

If you're thinking of getting a #mortgage, please don't use @AskNationwide. They refused to help when the government threw the market into crisis, and now want to charge me £2,700 to leave my current deal just a month early. They're not here to help you - just to swindle.

  • keithjmason Keith Mason (@keithjmason) reported

When a bank - let’s call them @AskNationwide is 18 (weekday) days behind in their bereavement services, you suspect they are prioritising profit over service

@AskNationwide Your service is abysmal, I completed a switch of my current account to first direct 3 days ago and due to the incompetence of your staff I’ve been left with no money in my account. 3 days without any money to spend is beyond a joke.

  • Stephengibson41 Stephen Gibson (@Stephengibson41) reported

@AskNationwide I asked they ciuldnt help but HMRC wont move on.

  • jtinkertaylor1 Josie (@jtinkertaylor1) reported

@AskNationwide What about blind, elderly people, what online service do you offer them.

  • SarahLWraight Sarah (@SarahLWraight) reported

@AskNationwide @CMAgovUK seems wholly unfair contract terms and egregious behaviour. @AskNationwide ‘We’re here for you’ (your quote) / ‘We’re here to help’ (your quote) - seems not. How very disappointing and inappropriate in service to our children and the future. 😞

  • holding_mf_role Hannah Lugsden (@holding_mf_role) reported
