Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide I have text alerts for when my joint account goes under 0 but never got one so my mortgage payment bounced and didn't know until a week later is this feature broken?

@AskNationwide It would help if you told people at the top of your twitter feed there are problems To continually be asking for card reader info is really not on you have my number, and I have completed security it is me. I do not carry a card reader everywhere I go. Sort it out.

@AskNationwide Thank you for coming back to me. It is important that you as an organisation are clear with what the issue is… why is there a delay? What is the issue… there is no explanation and that is not acceptable. Other institutions provide some sort of explanation. Anyway thank you

@AskNationwide so my account is blocked due to a fraudulent transaction and told to call 0800 number on hold for 30 minutes to be told that no one can help. Call back on hold again and same thing happens account still blocked not happy!!!
