Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide Yes, as you advised earlier to uninstall and reinstall(which pulls down the latest version from the play store)
