Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide @KaijuSitcom Looks like this is a common issue tonight, passnumber is also not allowing me to log in - doesn't say it's wrong, the Continue button just doesn't respond.

@AskNationwide Is your mobile app down? Every time I open it stays on the loading screen saying "talking to nationwide". My internet connection is absolutely fine and have also tried mobile data and no success

@AskNationwide Spoken to at least half a dozen people at nationwide over the last month and nobody has been able to sort anything. My mortgage person, as apologetic as she's been when I can actually get hold of her hasn't really been any help either.

@AskNationwide please can you confirm how to add someone to my sole FlexPlus account? Your website says we have to go to a branch as it can't be done by phone, but online chatbot says to call an 0345 number to do it. One of them is telling porkies!

@NoNonperson @AskNationwide Thanks for confirming it wasn’t me going mad. Below £50 not a problem. Mind you the weekly shop is hardly ever below that amount…

@AskNationwide @mrburgundy1976 "Speaking" to anyone at Nationwide is a real challenge. Horrendous customer service. How you are getting away treating people like this as a regulated business is madness.
