@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

Just a warning for everyone @AskNationwide customer service agents try and say you can't record the conversations with them, by uk law any company that warns you of recorded calls you can also record the calls that is their consent. Constant lies. I implore you to use anyone else

@AskNationwide help been waiting for call back to unblock my account for two hours was told it would be 20 mins. Have no access to electric or food so the disabled person is being severely neglected. Any help please of a number to try or anything at all ?

Just a reminder @AskNationwide are an absolute joke . After being promised that the money would've cleared by 12 last night still nothing. No help at all either when you call . the absolute worst . Go anywhere else for banking.
