@AskNationwide @Lisaj_mc I have been trying to log into my account via your website since 8.30am. I get as far as requesting a code by text, but the text never arrives. So frustrating, especially as I only switched to you on Tuesday! Beginning to wish I'd stayed with old bank 🙄

@shirleyjones999 @AskNationwide I have had the same issue. First told there was an issue with my old bank but then another worker told me it was because so many have applied. Contacted them again today and they said 8th November...so we shall see. It's absolutely shocking and frustrating

@AskNationwide 1/2 I challenge the ‘here to help’ for the second time in a few months, a limited term account is closing. The do nothing simple option is for any savings to end up in a 0.5% account, not the best, maybe on of the 2 or 3%. It seems nigh on impossible to do online and in advance.

@AskNationwide tried to call your customer service line re. mortgage but it’s saying it’s closed even though website says open till 4. Chat function can’t help with my query… no good saying call during normal hours as I’m at work!
