    @AskNationwide My payment still not gone threw not good enough I only switched a month a go gonna switch again never had this problem with any other bank payment was sent at 10.51 its now 17.34

    @AskNationwide That’s great if my direct debit wasn’t due before 2pm today and the issue wasn’t resolved until 4pm! My utility company will now charge me if i pay over card. And if this counts as a returned direct debit then it will affect my credit rating! Absolutely ridiculous.

To abuse someone in a web chat especially with a supposedly reputable company is way out of order.     Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.
