    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide Nope that hasn’t worked either .. I’m on iOS 15 beta testing but never had an issue with it till tonight

    @AskNationwide is the banking app down?? Been trying to log in on my iPhone 12 for about an hour now and it just says talking to nationwide .. tried logging out also restarting phone and nothing .. help

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @sophannetaylor @AskNationwide My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to an agent on WhatsApp they are good and they are so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help

    Fed up with @AskNationwide. Wanted to transfer some money from my savings account into my other bank's current account and they want to send a cheque! Er, what?! Then they mention a CHAPS payment. But there's no option on their site to do this!! I'll switch to a better bank!Grrr!
