@AskNationwide It's midnight and after waiting over two hours for your breakdown service the mechanic tells me he can't take me home. Have abandoned the car and am told it'll take 48hrs to recover. I will be closing all accounts with you immediately.

  • JerryGe42936313 Shaun Gee (@JerryGe42936313) reported

@AskNationwide You're 'not here' for your customers. Stop Lying! You put up interest rates every time bank of England does but other banks don't all do this & stay solvent. You're just GREEDY & DON'T care about YOUR customers. Awful, sad!

  • barbs_paul Barbs (@barbs_paul) reported

@AskNationwide Never had that issue in the last 25 years of banking without a card reader! Can I not turn that feature off, and just use the (presumably secure) app?

  • gary_whippet Arsenal whippet (@gary_whippet) reported

been banking and had insurance for 25 yrs with @asknationwide Hardly ever needed the insurance side of things. Boiler broke down on Saturday morning and Nationwide promised someone within 24 hrs. Coming up to 60 hrs later still no one has turned up. Goodbye nationwide.

  • strontium74 Stron Tium (@strontium74) reported

@AskNationwide Hi Jamie, you can’t ONLY apologise for this. Nationwide can sort out their customer service, especially on a fraud helpline. So disappointed in nationwide

  • iaindpatrick Iain Patrick (@iaindpatrick) reported

@AskNationwide hi guys. I received what looks like a very legit email asking me to complete a survey about a recent interaction with your fraud department, however I haven't been in contact with them. Is this a system error/mix up or something deeper? Happy to share email.

  • gary_whippet Arsenal whippet (@gary_whippet) reported

@AskNationwide Spoken to your team. The problem is you farm the jobs out to CET home services who are totally useless. And looking through the complaints about them you are fully aware that they are hopeless. Do not insure with nationwide. £100 per month for nothing. Used my own plumber

  • JerryGe42936313 Shaun Gee (@JerryGe42936313) reported

@AskNationwide No your NOT there for customers are you? NW could help us all by following other banks & not increase mortgage rates EVERY time bank of England does, but NW DON'T care about customers - they just want YOUR money! Sad

  • maynard_abigail ☆ Abigail ☆ (@maynard_abigail) reported

@AskNationwide Hi thank you for responding. There is an error when I log in and cannot continue. Is there any other way of closing this? Needs to be done as a matter of urgency

  • EstebanMaccers Esteban (@EstebanMaccers) reported

@AskNationwide hi. Why can I buy a 6 month 3.65% bond via Flagstone but not as a 30 year customer? Seems ridiculous I have to give a fee to a 3rd party for a product my building society does but won’t offer me directly.
