@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide Thanks tried using nw card again. Egg timer on app comes on and stays on so could be problem at firm I'm paying. They dont seem contactable tonight. Besides it's only a couple of sandwiches and cakes!

@AskNationwide Have tried same payment in last few minutes from a different bank debit card that uses mastercard not visa. Same problem. Also tried via google pay. Might be raiding my deep freeze for tea tomorrow!

@firstdirect hey. So I hate @AskNationwide because they think PTSD isn't a good enough reason to help with my overdraft. I see you offer 0% on overdrafts of £250 and less. Would you consider helping a new customer so he can pay of the debt?
