Gosh what an appalling service from @AskNationwide today. Because of THEIR incompetence I now have to drive for 1 hour to a physical branch with ID to get restrictions on my card lifted. Time to give up on them and move back accounts.

@AskNationwide I had a security warning on a payment and sought advice as strongly recommended. Four advisers were cut off and failed to help me at all. Absolutely useless.

@AskNationwide The chatbot is no help. What time do your phone lines open tomorrow? Hoping it's before 9am - not sure how you can support your customers who have to work through the day otherwise.
