@laurameowy @AskNationwide It's awful. The app is so far behind other banking apps. Other functions like scanning in cheques to pay them in would also be nice!

@asda Hi, can you advise why ASDA has stopped accepting payments via @AskNationwide debit cards and withdrawals from the cash machines please? ASDA Aintree & ASDA Kendal. No problem any other company & no cash flow problem. #embarrassing when there's other people around

@AskNationwide Hi Mike! I’m going to have to call … again, when I’m in the UK. It’s is ridiculous that I was told I had frozen my own card when I told the advisor I hadn’t, even the app said I didn’t although she was telling me I’m wrong . Every time I’m on holiday- problem!

@AskNationwide Thank you. It's been happening for around 5-6 weeks now each time we do our weekly shop. There's no problem with funds/when we've asked at @asda customer services they can't give an explanation. Do you want me to call as it happens as that would cause further embarrassment?
