So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

First it was the constant calls to reactivate online payments because they were flagged as suspicious and having to go through complex security and now constant app and online banking failures
