@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful
@AskNationwide Appalled by how we’re being treated by your mortgage team. System errors mean we’ve missed our completion date! Now in breach of contract, being charged interest but being told it will >10 days before it can be resolved as has to be manually re-keyed! How? 😡

hey @AskNationwide … so what should I do if I want to ring my local branch to make an appt to open an account for my son? The website says call my local branch because he's 11. So I do - and get automated replies saying the branch line is closed! Maybe I should try @Barclays.
@AskNationwide quite possibly the worst in financial services. 3hours on the phone and chat and still no answer? You’d think having a legal obligation to liaise with customers would help. Appalling services. No one get a mortgage with them!!!!!
@katywarburton @AskNationwide It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account
