@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide @MysterySnowball Matthew davies member executive threatens a vunerable adult with account closure after complaint issued as lost £1600 and nationwide ceo does nothing on dispute claim, matthew sends reply with threats in, dont trust or use this bank they do nothing to help me losing 1600

@AskNationwide Thanks. I have absolutely no problem with verify the payment occasionally but it's the card reader that is so inconvenient and antiquated. Sainsburys send me a text and I verify in seconds

@damawa42 @AskNationwide I’m also stuck. Others are complaining too. I’ve tried their solutions and none of them work. The issue isn’t with our devices or browsers but their website.
