@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide any idea how long this will take to get payments back up and running? Also it says in my account the payment is in a queue, no need to resend, but on the actual purchase it says unsuccessful. So which is it, will it need to be resent once you've fixed the issues?
