@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@topazisere @AskNationwide This is what they do to their customers. I've only been with them a few months, and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Last time they told me outright that the problem was sorted/or there was no problem, when there clearly was, and it took 2 days for my money to appear

@AskNationwide Any ETA for the issue with payments in to accounts? No service status update but I’ve seen your response to someone else. Waiting for my salary to be paid in to my account. Normally in by now. This seems to be happening a lot!

@AskNationwide @purplenicki1 Why do you lie to people? I literally just saw you tell a customer there are "no problems", then 2 minutes later, you tell a different customer there are problems. This now happens on a monthly basis. It's not good enough, and your customer service is appalling.
