@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@nik85mag @AskNationwide Yep ive not slept cos ive been panicking this not on it really isn't 2 weeks in a row! All other banks are fine so why is nationwide only bank to always have problems
