@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Only option was to go through Financial Ombudsman which we’ve done. We are very disappointed that no one from customer service or management will look at options for us. Will never recommend Nationwide to anyone.

@AskNationwide I don’t want a web chat. I want to speak to someone. I’ve just had to come off my second call to Nationwide after queuing for over half an hour. A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.

@AskNationwide Hi nationwide, I need advice, I sold tickets for a concert and @AXS_UK have said many things about giving me the money from the sold tickets however they still haven’t transferred the money, I have proof of them telling me multiple things. Please help
