    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Not good enough this has happened 3 times in the space of of A couple of months. I love the customer service at this bank but your technical issues need addressing I don’t feel like Am a secure customer

    @AskNationwide Nationwide has an app. That we have to use to authenticate a transaction. How hard would it be to simply put a notification in the app that says. Person XYZ is calling you now. Then the customer knows its legit

    Need to find a new bank. @AskNationwide are terrible. Massive queues in branch and nobody to answer the phone. Poor customer service drives away business but they just don't care.

    @AskNationwide Of course the customer can always call back, as long as they don't mind waiting in a phone queue. But that just wastes everyone time. The basic problem is this: Nationwide is asking for customer information when the customer has no way to confirm its Nationwide asking

    @AskNationwide Hi it wd be helpful to advise new members to leave 7 working days before trying to set up #onlinebanking for new A/C. It wd've saved me 26 mins on phone tonight to CS (who knew this condition) plus time wasted trying to register. Not a great start to my Account.

    @AskNationwide how do we report a breakdown via @TheAA_UK app? I haven't broken down but just downloaded the app and it says I don't have cover. Do I need to do something to add my Nationwide details?

    @AskNationwide What would be the point making a complaint to the very place that has the problem. To receive a copy and paste reply with nothing actually getting done about it? For me? With that logic we really are doomed

    @AskNationwide Company sending is saying the payment is being denied. Ive copy pasted IBAN and BIC from my account pages. What else would cause this is we discount errors theor end?
