@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide hi I have been told that my account is blocked and to unblock it I need to go into branch with ID however I do not have photo id as lost it what can I do please as need to access my money to live!?!

Just had a DM from these idiots at @AskNationwide who passed on my details to the same complaint team who are causing the problem despite my specifically stating I need a response from Litigation and Term Expire Team, not Complaint dpt. I don't need another email from the same
