    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide hello, I’ve had 2 outgoing payments leave my account this month that I didn’t not authorise. Neither retailer can find my card being used on their systems. I’ve never used it to shop with either of them. Please can you help

    @AskNationwide Becky, thank you for your help. However from the reviews I can see on Trust Pilot, there is no real solution so I'll just wait for them to sort this out and change providers later on.

    @AskNationwide hi. Don’t know if you can help, my aunt took some money out at a cash machine in Morrisons, Loughton. Took £30 out, got a slip of paper receipt. Apparently the machine is known to be playing out. She waited ages and the £30 never came out.

    Really slow in @AskNationwide in Braintree branch. Only 2 counters open both dealing with complicated transactions. Been in the queue for 15 mins already waiting to pay in coins 🫣 Hoping to be out by lunch time!

    @AskNationwide My kids have FlexOne accounts. They want to put a little aside monthly, but for instant access. Are they allowed a second FlexOne account, or is there an instant access saving option? Both under 16

    @AskNationwide hi, I’ve been trying to pay an invoice for a few days but every-time a note comes up saying there is an issue and to try again later. Please can you check to see if there’s any issue? They bank with NatWest if that an issue? Thanks
