@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Stop telling us what we can do and fix what we can’t do

@AskNationwide when can I expect to get my wages? If direct debits are still working but my wages are not in my account what will happen then? Are you going to pay them if I can’t?

  • jonnyfinn7783 Morgano (@jonnyfinn7783) reported

@AskNationwide I get paid my wages by bacs tomorrow will this be bounced back or join a queue if its still down?

  • BHAFCBEN83 Implosion83 (@BHAFCBEN83) reported

@AskNationwide really disappointing service today. My wages are due yet a major error on your part is causing a huge amount of inconvenience right on top of Christmas. Do you have any idea regarding a timescale to a fix being made?

  • corcc11 Tom (@corcc11) reported

@AskNationwide That link takes me to an error....

  • Oliviapingping Amy (@Oliviapingping) reported

@AskNationwide This is awful! Customers aren’t able to pay my husband so therefore how are we supposed to buy stuff for Christmas?! Sort it out now!

  • independencekat kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported

@AskNationwide you would of thought they would of kept their customer service phone lines up and running on this occasion, right bloody mess your leaving me in. 🤬

  • AuthorSJB Stewart **** (@AuthorSJB) reported

@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.

  • JasontjBaker Jason Baker (@JasontjBaker) reported

@FroggoDoggo4 @AskNationwide Oh yes it will sadly. Your salary won’t go into your account. I’m going to have the same issue.
