But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
