@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide 3 months of this now. You are really making me want to switch banks. 😡. This is beyond a joke. I know last time you said sorry and gave out funds to cover any interest etc. but how long can you keep this up. Your going to lose all your customers. Please fix.

@AskNationwide So fed up of this.5th time this has happened in less than 2 months. No "member" will be out of pocket but the company I have to pay and can't yet will suffer because I can't move money in or out. Utter Crap service. Time to take all my accounts and move to another bank I think.

@daniellebxtch_ @AskNationwide Same the only person is my mum who is on holiday so her only way is to put it in my bank up until maternity leave I was working 3 weeks solid no break at times working my arse off it's a joke
