    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide My app wasn't working but after I restarted it like 10 times, it eventually worked. But there's obviously an issue as others are reporting the same issue and you shouldn't have to restart the app that many times to get it to work.

    @Marrriner @AskNationwide Deleting the app and reinstalling is a waste of time. i have tried it. This morning the problem was sporadic. Now I cannot get on at all.

    @AskNationwide Your banking app is down nationwide, yet your service page says there are no issues. The reliability of your app has been good recently, I hope this is not a return to the bad old days.
