    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Hands down you have to be the worst bank ever.!!. We have been waiting for Nationwide Credit card to resolve an unauthorised credit card trsnsaction of £42.00 since November.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with your credit card? My wife had issues on the Debenhams website and my sister just had an issue paying for something on a different site.
