    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Been waiting on a £150k international transfer for 3 working weeks. No assistance from anyone at Nationwide - takes 3 working days to pass on a message. Total joke. @HSBC holding everything up too and not responding to messages. SWIFT system is not fit for purpose

    @AskNationwide I have not used that for years, I would to work out how to log in again. You really should get such basic functionality on the mobile app. A lot of people do not even own computers these days and rely on mobile devices.

    @AskNationwide It was the barkingside branch they said 5 people have walked in today with the same problem so your not giving your customers correct information by saying all services are running ok

    @AskNationwide I am sorry I had the misfortune of thinking you offered a decent service. As for the link, it has proven to be a complete waste of effort, I'm sure you're capable of following the trail of what has transpired. Bottom line is, you have aligned with a rogue merchant!

    @AskNationwide Concerns?? You don't think that's happened? Your goons have categorically stated there's no wrong doing by merchant even though service wasn't received. I have stated this clearly, you still think this warrants a different concern being raised? That's just condescending!

    @AskNationwide My card was charged by a carpark machine that didn’t give me a ticket. @ContactOneVale have promised a refund aren’t doing anything to sort it. Can you help?
