    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    @AskNationwide Now that Virgin Money is full part of Nationwide why can't I access your ISA rates as a Virgin customer? e.g 1 year fix 4.5% Virgin is 4.22%

    @AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤
