@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide We have. We are. We've sent a complaint. We were told an engineer would fix the boiler yesterday. We waited for 9 hours in a cold house. Today EXACTLY the same. We are on the phone constantly to your company.

@AskNationwide Hi Lauren, appreciate the prompt response, No offence but the service is awful and I would rather speak on the phone. I will wait until the morning I guess. Thank you and have a good evening

@AskNationwide Hello! I'm trying to make a CHAPS payment, but I am getting an error message saying "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." Your service status says there are no issues. Could someone look into this for me? Thanks!

@AskNationwide My current account switch didn’t go through last Friday, I contacted you on Monday and you said it would be sorted but I never heard back and the account didn’t get switched, please can you help?

Just went into @AskNationwide in Watford to open a savings acc for my daughter and to switch my current acc. Told by a staff member in ripped jeans and a hoodie that I can't have an appointment everything must be done online. What is the point of a bank that offers no service?!

@AskNationwide 24 hours later and still no help. We have been without heating and hot water for 48 hours. Our child is freezing (as are we all). We pay for emergency repair home insurance with your company. What is going on?

@AskNationwide I completed the form on Tuesday afternoon, but a shame that this couldn’t be handled in a contact centre, that would be far more convenient as a customer

@AskNationwide Our engineer was due at 5pm latest. We were promised a call back to confirm. Please help. We are waiting and freezing. We can provide all account information, contact information, claim number. We were told emergency cover meant 24 hours.
