    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide How can it be suspicious when I have told you 11 times, over 11 months, that it is a valid transaction. It maybe automated service but the service is clearly broken! If your system is broken, you should fix it!

    @AskNationwide I use your card reader, no issues, I won’t use a phone app to do banking. I won’t use a watch, or phone to pay contactless. Overall happy

    @AskNationwide Sheffield branch closed until March. Meadowhall branch no counter service. 60 mile round trip to get our own money out? No thanks. Closing account ASAP.

    @AskNationwide Morning. For the 2nd day in a row now, I've tried to verify a payment using the app only to be told there's been a problem and I'm then unable to make the payment. Is this a known bug with the app?
