    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide My Messages service is not available until Tuesday 4 Jan and the customer number provided is closed so I am pretty much stuffed!

    @AskNationwide My wages are paid in every week without issue and I cant get hold of them until Tuesday. Colleagues are saying the problem has been with Nationwide payments.

    @MartinSLewis The @AskNationwide are the absolute worst for this, I think I've lost 6 months of my life listening to how important my call is to them😡 I'd move my mortgage, isa, savings etc if I thought there was better customer service elsewhere, but I think they're all as bad as each other

    @sue00015148 @AskNationwide Still waiting for. My money now they're telling me I've got to get the payment called back and resent can't be done until after the bank hol and will take 3 days after that, they've offerd no help whatsoever I'm off to the papers with it

    @AskNationwide Bad language is the result of piss poor service from nationwide, who screw me virtually every time I make a payment, cause and effect. Now tell me, how are you going to unblock my card before the end of the day???

    @AskNationwide Yeah becasue you ruinied our last year, not to mention your all on the press for failure ro pay, weeks its been going on, are #nationwide in trouble? Seems so as they have resorted to public displays of lying, every other post is we are aware of issues and have been sorted

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to reverse and cancel future payments on my account from a company whom I've cancelled with but continue to take money from me. There is no direct debit and nothing I can cancel myself please help.

    @AskNationwide only the internal start of the month Standing Order has worked. What’s going on during all these bank hols? I’ve got other payments being requested, so obviously other banks are working

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jake. 2 cases of fraud would have been avoided with this service. Even Halifax offer this so don't get left behind as you led the way 20 years ago
