    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide my online banking app hasn’t been working for a week now. It just says there’s an error on your side and says to restart. I have updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled and updated the app. At this point I’m considering moving banks.

    @AskNationwide would be really great if someone could tell us what’s happening, I can see people are reporting the app isn’t working but no comms from you, no replies and the service page says all is working fine? This isn’t ok

    And its soo unprofessional @AskNationwide for your customer support to hang up the call on me when i asked them to help so i can atleast use my card for food and travel fix this and give me my money
