@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide @Lisaj_mc I have been trying to log into my account via your website since 8.30am. I get as far as requesting a code by text, but the text never arrives. So frustrating, especially as I only switched to you on Tuesday! Beginning to wish I'd stayed with old bank 🙄

@AskNationwide having failed to get through to your call centre I now have to drive 30 miles to reach a branch. Very poor customer service. I’ve been a customer of yours for 35 years. Not good enough.

@AskNationwide 2 switch dates now Nationwide missed. No communication to me whatsoever! Takes ages to get thru on phone to find out what's going on then they can't actually deal with it as they email switch team who never get back to me 🤬 Branch who persuaded me to switch say can't help. 🤬

Adverts from @AskNationwide: "We're here to help in these concerning times". Actual Nationwide: "We've sided with your energy company who quadrupled your Direct Debit without your consent and we won't be refunding you. We believe this is fair, but please don't leave us". Wow.

@AskNationwide Have already submitted complaint but they won't contact me until 10th November. I can't pay bills, etc., because it might get caught up in switch. This is not acceptable. Been with Nationwide for many, many years. DO NOT SWITCH TO NATIONWIDE....DON'T EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO HELP...
