@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I’m trying to find the online chat option but can’t see it and it’s a Sunday so I can’t call. I now can’t access my money from my Apple Pay, chip and pin and contactless. It’s not about fraud bc I’ve already confirmed who I am and where I am. It just doesn’t make sense?

@AskNationwide Your CEO has my details. U want me to DM to take this out of public sight. U want me to follow your processes so it gives it a veneer of U trying. I just want to warn people of what being a customer of yours looks like. U have caused upset & distress to my family. Ask your CEO.

@AskNationwide Thanks, seems to be sorted now. Will let you know if problem happens again. Must say, a courtesy email or phone call warning me of a sudden change in bank card would have been nice.

@AskNationwide Why is it so difficult to send NWide an email with a query? Before the new ‘improved’ set up l could do this easily and obtained a response within 3 days. Don’t say l can go along to a branch. I am of an age when this isn’t easy. Help!
