@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Why would Nationwide want to support something that was DESTROYING women's sport? Don't you know how many sports governing bodies have looked at the EVIDENCE... common sense .... to most people... and found that you can be INCLUSIVE or FAIR but NOT BOTH? #SaveWomensSports

  • baldie77 brenda e (@baldie77) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve just opened a triple access savings 14 at 1% var & now you’ve set up a 1.4% one. As it’s a variable rate why hasn’t mine increased? I suppose now I have to open a new one and transfer, what a waste of everyone’s time .

  • baldie77 brenda e (@baldie77) reported

@AskNationwide So what’s the point of saying the rate is variable. You mean down only?

@AskNationwide can I just add to my comments about 7 days I've been trying to get mortgage support 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!! 😡

  • SpeightOliver oliver speight (@SpeightOliver) reported

@AskNationwide I have lost my bank card and I am trying to submit for a new one on my online banking app but I am unable to get a new one as it is asking for my card to be inserted into my card machine which I can’t do because I don’t have my bank card. Can you help?

  • m00sifer 𝕷𝖚𝖈𝖊 𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕸𝖔𝖔𝖘𝖊 (@m00sifer) reported

@AskNationwide Please help. Went to branch and filled in form to be removed from joint account then got letter saying I need to phone. Phoned and went through options and it says you can't do this over phone and to go to branch and fill in form. Which is what I've already done.

  • richmondmike Mike Richmond ☿ (@richmondmike) reported

@AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.

  • proogs Peter Scandrett (@proogs) reported

@AskNationwide Are you aware of any issues with the web account pages? I keep getting 'We seem to be experiencing some technical problems.' when I try to see my outgoing payments (ultimately I want to change one). Thanks.

  • BeerInStemGlass JoBeerInStemGlasses 🦖 (@BeerInStemGlass) reported

@AskNationwide You seem incapable of seeing the consequences in sport of including males in female categories. It is not respectful to women because it excludes us. Do more research before you spout this nonsense. You've lost a female customer, I'm afraid, as you clearly don't respect women.

  • richmondmike Mike Richmond ☿ (@richmondmike) reported

@AskNationwide I can't log in to my online account with text codes as I'm not receiving any texts - it stopped working a couple of days ago. Is the system down or do I need to confirm my phone number again somewhere?
