    @APxx77 @DJ_MICKYT @AskNationwide It’s crazy, I spoke to natwest where I sent the money from, their timescale is 24 working days if I want to claim it back. I can’t afford to be so much money down at Christmas. It’s a joke!

    @AskNationwide told on the phone at 11am that the money issue would be fixed in a couple of hours....Its now 4pm and still not been payed, I know its in a que...But its been 5 hours?

    I've been a customer of @AskNationwide for 30+ years and have often recommended them, but this payments outage has made me feel embarrassed and hoping everyone ignored my advice. Feel so sorry for people struggling to pay for Christmas.

    @AskNationwide shocking service! Never known a bank to take this long to resolve issues! Somethings not right sick of seeing scripted, automated responses which mean nothing several hours later someone needs to start telling the truth!!

    @AskNationwide Your customers need to know when this delayed payment will be resolved, it is utterly unacceptable. We have £900 floating in the air somewhere, and it has been since 11am this morning. This is deeply concerning and your lack of information is adding to the problem. Very very poor
