@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

Another example of appalling customer service from @AskNationwide highlighted on @BBCLookEast stay away from these guys people unless you have a strong constitution #verybadservice #nationwidebuildingsociety #customerexperience

@AskNationwide is there any current issues with mobile banking as says can’t change details at the moment and tried logging into my mobile banking using card reader it said my pin was incorrect which it was not and now it’s pin lock my card when was not even my fault
