    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

    @VisaUK It seems like @AskNationwide wanted to blame anybody but themselves, for rejecting the bank transfer not once but twice! It is not the first time they have NOT admitted the error!

    @AskNationwide We've both spent a lot of time on the phone today and apparently someone will come back to us. Its a shame the mortgage advisor didn't pick up on the problem and rectify it. If we don't hear back after the bank holiday we will raise a formal complaint.

    @AskNationwide We broke down on the 13-Aug. They have let us down time and time again and after 15 hours in a recovery truck driving up through France to the tunnel the recovery truck we were told had been arranged hasn't and we’re stranded again. This is beyond ridiculous its incompetence

    @AskNationwide Disgruntled would-be customer here. Tried to open a current account online. Closed within a minute with no explanation except to say that I’d given incorrect information on my application. Tried again and got a switch started, but that failed too. What’s going on??

    @AskNationwide Not yet as they are closed & was only spotted when we went to the local shop this evening & the card was declined. Thanks for your help I will contact them tomorrow it’s just odd that’s it’s two completely separate companies (one is a local takeaway and the other a major airline)

    @AskNationwide for the last 4 weeks I have been promised a phone call to solve a problem that you caused with my credit card back in June, terrible customer service, why is it upto me as a customer to keep chasing you to solve the problem that you caused.

    @AskNationwide today on performative caring. Calling the paramedics on someone who doesn't need or want them inspite of the person telling you 20 times what would help them. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

    OMG our break down saga continues - after promising us we would be picked up from Folkestone for the final leg @AskNationwide breakdown have just told us there is no-one available to recover us and we’re now stuck in bloody folkestone. After a 2 week saga this is the final straw
