@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

@AskNationwide you have just given me by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from any organisation, and as a customer of over 20 years I’m now so almost certainly moving every service I use with you to one of your competitors. You need to do better.

@AskNationwide Every single time I try to make an online or app payment I get told there's a service error. How can I get this looked into? Also, the website chat service is useless. Every message I sent I had an instant reply "your message is too long" or "i don't understand"

Get access to 5% interest on your money and an interest-free arranged overdraft for the first 12 months with our online current account @AskNationwide. Plus, for switching, if you're not yet a member, you could get £100. If you're already a member, you could get £125.

@AskNationwide Is it possible to set up a joint account, flex direct with access to the 5% interest for 12 months, without individual current accounts?

@AskNationwide Done. Thanks Nikita. Never had to complain to Nationwide before. Really disappointed that customer service has got so bad there.

@AskNationwide I input all my details, then use the card reader and it all appears to be fine. Then once I click to go to make the payment I get hit with the service error. It meant I had to pay to use in branch bank transfer a few months back.

@AskNationwide Hi Claire - yes the word Error appears on the screen when a card is inserted the correct way. We have tried with 3 different cards always with the same result. Thanks Alex
