Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.
