Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Shaun McDonald 🇪🇺 🏴 (@smsm1) reported from Ipswich District, England@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.
