    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @AskNationwide @Morgan95Unknown Sadly that's not the case, I get a "sorry we're experiencing technical issues" message when accessing credit card statements across all my devices on WiFi and 4g.

    @AskNationwide would it be possible to be notified either by email or the app every time the account holder's debit card is used for a transaction? It might help cut down on the amount £££ lost through fraudulently used cards as stolen cards could be stopped sooner.
