    @AskNationwide 9, the NWBS was complicit with the shared owners lies and fraud . The house remains with considerable issues of non reinstated repairs and works and I have had various possessions , monies and other stolen / withheld from me by the shared owner . My health severely compromised

    @AskNationwide 8, from the shared owner . The NWBS had failed / refused to reimburse those costs which were never justifiable and has bullied me and abused me for doing all the right things, paying all the insurance premiums and doing everything as per contract . Yet when it came down to it

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have hung on the phone most of my lunchtime to be cut off twice ...I have sent emails without acknowledgment .. I cannot access the branch ....is this really the future of banking !? ...it's a simple issue that's taking an age in frustration

    @AskNationwide Nathan, I will take my business elsewhere as I cannot be the only one facing the same problem. I presume nobody from the bank actually tries applying as if they were a potential customer? My credit rating should be perfect so no idea why you are not letting me apply?

    @AskNationwide Yes they said I had to do it online or over phone. They said once I had a ref number I could come down with id documents. Telephone said online only, online said try again in 10 days?

    @AskNationwide I understand the reasons behind it, though I think you need to up your game. Barclays (and I believe other banks) done away with it a long time ago. There are additional security steps you can add without the need for an outdated device. It’s just not the best customer experience

    @AskNationwide The payment was made at about 5 past 3. We were told the next working day which because of Easter meant today. We were told by the chaps dept that it would be paid by 5pm. It still hasn't gone which has cost us a lot of money. Totally frustrating

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm not a customer, but a Nationwide debit card has been delivered to my house for someone who doesn't live here. Not sure why as we have lived here for 2 years. My partner accidentally opened it. How can I return it to you and get it to it's rightful owner?
