@AskNationwide I want to know where my payments are this is a recurring problem nationwide has and I have been a customer for over 20 years, I am missing a payment for my disabled son of £288 leaving me with 4p in my account ... I'm sorry for the inconvenience does not cut it!

So @AskNationwide why is this payments thing happening again, this is Christmas and new year you guys have ruined for me with this payments mess, I cannot understand how a banking system can have as many problems as you are, it's not once or twice this is becoming regular

@AskNationwide @DylanYT__ I've got a direct debit from PayPal that normally comes off before the 1st and that's not happened either so there's something wrong there too , but I'm not exactly relying on this lot as it took them over 4 hours to admit there was any issues with wages going in to accounts

@AskNationwide disgraceful service! You have lied to your customers most of the night! There is nothing wrong you said, payments will clear between 12 and 6am... how convinent to now say your aiming to fix it by 6? Coincidence? No you were caught lying!
