    @AskNationwide It will be investigated with the same lack of customer focus or evidence based reasoning as your mortgage processes have so I expect nothing of any value from it.

    Hey, @AskNationwide just popped toy local branch for the first time in over a year but it now shuts at 2. Can't transfer payment over as @NatWest_Help app doesn't Iet you add an account number and credit card number as per your website advice. How do I pay my card off?
