@McglynnDermot @AskNationwide I had some experience when my account got issues, I contacted the customer support team for more than a week, but they wouldn't reply me.....not until I got referred to @coder_godson001 on Twitter and he helped me retrieve my account back

Hi @AskNationwide any plans to ditch the card reader for setting up payees etc?, I feel its not needed anymore & I feel you are the only banking service that still uses them

@AskNationwide No I mean a block on my account all evidence submitted and no one will help me telling me 3 days to wait for my money! And that's only £35 of my money!!! I want this sorted I'm going to the papers at 5pm if this isn't resolved today!!

@AskNationwide Still having the same problem. I set up a new client, and then go authorise payment with card reader. Put the code in and it reports a problem every single time!!!!!!

@AskNationwide It seems to be rectified now. 👍 Are there any plans for cheques to be uploaded on your site anytime in the future? like other companies are providing? I don't have a Nationwide anywhere close to me and to send in cheques in by post seems a bit archaic. Thanks
