Would you believe it , @AskNationwide have emailed me to tell me that savings rates are increasing BUT NOT YOUR SAVINGS ….Brilliant. It seems only limited access accounts are. It’s like a smack in the face. 😡 😡

@AskNationwide is there a problem with transfers at the moment? sent money out to my savings account but it has yet to still appear in it? this delay only seems to happen with standing orders, if I do it manually, it goes through instantly.

@AskNationwide I’ve been passed from pillar to post by yourselves to resolve an issue that I have with a previous mortgage payment and I’m unhappy to say the least. The next step for me will be to take you to the ombudsman if no one rectifies the dispute promptly.
