@AskNationwide But it isn’t good enough, this is what, the third time in the past few months? What makes it worse is that you don’t provide an explanation - what technical difficulties and why is a fix not in place to prevent it from happening again if it is a tech issue?

Dear @VirginMoney and @AskNationwide I transferred money today from a Nationwide account to a Clydesdale Bank account in order to pay a Clydesdale Credit Card. That money hasn't gone through and that CC doesn't appear on my app anymore! Help!

@daniellebxtch_ @AskNationwide They have spent all day lying mate and evading questions. They reckon it’s working normal but not for myself or many many other people it isn’t one bit. Swap banks is my advice 💙

@AskNationwide I’m more then happy to start posting the convos and proof of all of this - including the credits from your reserves to show it. And the conversations with @financialombuds - stop lying to people - there is hundreds messaging and own up to there being an issue still.

@AskNationwide I payed my credit card on Friday it’s been pending all weekend and today just had a look, pending has gone but the money i paid on my credit card has not been taken off, what the hell is going on, I better not have a late fee over your it error

@AskNationwide 1/2 Everyone who has had late bills/rent/mortgage/utilities payments I suggest that you give your providers nationwides number and ask them to call nationwide and get nationwide to explain the issue and deal with any late fees/arrears etc. They'd sort it a hell of a lot quicker

@JGMacColl @VirginMoney @AskNationwide Nationwide were having trouble with their payments yesterday, you could try re adding the card as a payee, failing that log in on an actual computer and see if it's got the same issues. It may be an app issue.
