Waited on the phone for 13mins to not have good service. How can something so simple be hard. I cannot use app as NW kicked me out!

Such a farce! And to top it off, I got a letter in the post saying that if I renew with them they’ll drop the charge.

Its not your fault but nationwide are shambolic, noone asked you to block my card. your systems dont work and somehow thats my problem? why didnt you ring me if youre that worried? a complete joke.

The French recovery service took us to the closest garage + abandoned us! They won't look at the car until Monday. Our antigen expire tomorrow so we’re stuck!

Trying to ‘re-enrol’, tells me@that you haven’t got my mobile (don’t believe that). So when I call (twice) I cannot get a simple update done. 1st caller not helpful and 2nd caller connects me 1/2

My bank has blocked payments to Crypto exchanges for my safety... as a degree educated individual with over 10 years investing experience.. I find this an utter farce. Can you confirm you will pay the 5% to 13% interest I was getting on my crypto holdings?
