    Absolutely appalled to hear poor customer service daughter received from @AskNationwide ISA for buying first home was closed online but hadn't worked according to branch. Rep on phone hung up on her when she phoned for help :(

    @AskNationwide Done. Still waiting 20 mins for someone to pick up while trying to get back in touch. Absolute shambles. This issue has gone on for nearly a month because it takes 5 working days for each of your unsatisfactory email responses.

    @AskNationwide in March I opened a triple access ISA with you at 0.85%. Your latest triple access is now 1.35% but I have to close my old account and open a new one to get this rate! Why don’t you just increase the savings rate on existing Isa’s or are you hoping we won’t notice?
