    @AskNationwide I have had a horrible terrible experience with my home mortgage. The app was submitted 6 weeks ago and valuation accepted 5 weeks ago. I have escalated 5 times and my broker 10 times. The response last Thursday was “stop bothering us”. The deadline was 30th June.

    @AskNationwide My current account card is randomly not working and claiming to be ‘expired’ - it did this for the 3rd time this weekend and I was stranded without cash. Your website told me I’d get dealt with faster on the phone if I logged into the app first, which I went to do… (1)

    @AskNationwide Also person on second call to fraud team was disinterested and unsympathetic. Member of my family was made to feel like a criminal rather than a victim of crime. Very poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide So definitely the issue is bug in recent update 👎Using 7 other bankings app no issues at all... Online banking via browser is stone age.... We are living in mobile devices age...

    @AskNationwide When you gonna fix it? The issue is on your end not on the end of users... Many of us can't access to online banking via Nationwide app while there is no issues at all with any other banks android apps like Barclays and others... I'm using currently 7 banking apps on my phone.

    Helpful ppl in the Google Play reviews for the Nationwide banking app point out that updating to the latest version of Chrome fixes the recent "technical problems" issue for users @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Yeah there are many things to know, like after being a customer for 20 years, during the pandemic & no one working, you told us not to worry, the concessions was fine, then told my wife to sell our house two weeks before xmas, then refused to extend our terms.. 20 years
