    Don’t use the incentivised switch service for @AskNationwide when it’s on - 5 days is advertised and £200 incentive- they can’t complete either - don’t waste your time! 7 weeks later completed now they renege on payment

    @AskNationwide Ringing you is a nightmare. Your robot keeps saying you are experiencing high call volumes. Why tell your customers this? It means you’re understaffed surely? The recorded message telling me I can go online for help is so annoying. If I could do it online I would.

    @AskNationwide Hello, yes all the details are correct I’ve done it 3 times. I’m trying to send money 2 someone and everything is fine until come to this page. when i pick my card i have two cards to pick so i pick my main card I’m using an press continue and this issue keeps coming up. thx

    @AskNationwide disgusted with switch service debarkle. Taken 7 weeks to sort - I’m at fault due to failed switch initially- now they renege on incentive payment of £200 - shall be closing all accounts as a result

    @AskNationwide Thank you Lauren. It is blasted over every website including all the socials that the only banks not accepting the £600 NI government energy voucher is Monzo and The Nationwide! We have to collect the £600 in cash then travel to the branch to deposit. Not safe or acceptable.

    Deeply disappointed that @AskNationwide are to open the Stockton branch just three days a week. I thought they were different to the big banks with a paticular focus on customer service. Sadly no more.

    @AskNationwide Should Impulse Saver be automatically transferring the daily amount into an account I have specified? I seem to have to log in daily to ask it to transfer the amount which seems wrong. My Natwest ac does it automatically.
