    @AskNationwide Do you know if it’s being done in any order? I’d of thought it would be in order of time sent, but I just got a payment sent tgis afternoon but I’m still missing a payment from this morning, does that mean there is an issue with the payment sent first/earlier?

    @AskNationwide No point in complaining as nothing will be resolved. I’ll be switching banks which is disappointing as I’ve been a customer for over 12 years.
