@AskNationwide Thanks for your response. I will make a more formal complaint, but suspect all your senior decision-makers have been captured and won't be interested in the views of a 30+ years customer. Only one view is acceptable on these issues, and it's not mine. Inclusive?

@AskNationwide I've been trying to make a payment on 3 different websites and all 3 of them have been declined. Spoken with customer services and you have said there is no block on my card/account. Best advice they could give is try a different card! This is my bank account!

@AskNationwide Yes any payments through websites will not work. Your call team did everything they could to help but had no way of escalating the problem. I've just moved my bank account to you and this is not great first impressions other than your team were polite and as helpful as could be.

@AskNationwide I’ve just been told my mortgage application has been declined because on leasehold purchases the LTV needs to be 85%. But my deposit is 15%!! What’s going on? I waited 3 weeks to hear this and now interests rates have increased even further. Poor customer service.

@AskNationwide i just ordered something online via paypal. the transaction has only been confirmed as happening once by paypal and the business which i purchased from. however, on my banking app it says the purchase has happened twice. please help

@AskNationwide Feels like you’re pushing blame on them when I’ve managed to pay over money to that account already. The payment has also been returned but not actually available in my balance. Seems like a you problem. It’s payday and bills day can you look into it??
