@debrakidd Couldn’t agree more. My dad moved into a care home. Can’t change his address over the phone. No paper form. Can’t do it online because he’s never registered a mobile number to his account. He has to go to a branch: he’s bedbound but has capacity. Help @AskNationwide?

@AskNationwide Why do you block a credit card and not reactivate it when you try to make another purchase confirming it through the app. Currently you go through the process of making the purchase, confirm in the app, only to have it refused. What a waste of time

@AskNationwide I finally got through and was placed on hold as someone was finding out about the online application system not working to only be hung up on after 45 minutes. Can someone please help me with this?
