Worst customer service I have ever received while I’ve been banking with @AskNationwide. Teri had no answers, just kept repeating the same thing off a screen and Jade her manager refused to take a call from a customer with a serious issue. Told to call back tomorrow. Ridiculous

@AskNationwide Hello, I wondered if you had an idea when we can use the Post Office for certain transactions? Being down to one car & listed as Clinically Vulnerable it would have been extremely useful during the Lockdowns. Along with our Lincoln branch being shut for refurb.

@AskNationwide If you could that would help as with quite a few BTL mortgages it would really help with managing and tracking them, and being as you are the same company surely it would be feasible to add it to your current app

@AskNationwide are your ridiculously short opening hours going to continue for much longer? No body who works can do any banking in your branches when they are open from 9-2 it is appalling customer service.

@AskNationwide Shows (mat) in brackets after a/c name but can't access it to transfer funds out and to then obviously close it. Funds are staying with you in an online a/c when sorted. We want a/c to be activated but also aware that ID has to be shown by son. Left in limbo as to what to do now?

@AskNationwide Yes I know that. In fact, I work for a fintech and I design implementations of SCA for other banks. My point is, yours is ****, and you need to fix it.
