@AskNationwide I have had a horrible terrible experience with my home mortgage. The app was submitted 6 weeks ago and valuation accepted 5 weeks ago. I have escalated 5 times and my broker 10 times. The response last Thursday was “stop bothering us”. The deadline was 30th June.

@AskNationwide Also person on second call to fraud team was disinterested and unsympathetic. Member of my family was made to feel like a criminal rather than a victim of crime. Very poor customer service.

@AskNationwide When you gonna fix it? The issue is on your end not on the end of users... Many of us can't access to online banking via Nationwide app while there is no issues at all with any other banks android apps like Barclays and others... I'm using currently 7 banking apps on my phone.

Helpful ppl in the Google Play reviews for the Nationwide banking app point out that updating to the latest version of Chrome fixes the recent "technical problems" issue for users @AskNationwide
